We recently visited Mabruk at Sahara Star for dinner and were genuinely impressed by their new authentic Mediterranean menu curated by Chef Jihad !! We started with the Mediterranean Salad, fresh and well-balanced, followed by the Mezze Platter which was comforting and flavourful !! The Turkish Pide with its soft base and perfectly seasoned !! It was delicious !! Both the Veg and Non-Veg Platters were thoughtfully put together, offering a great mix of textures and flavours that truly reflected Mediterranean cooking !! To pair it all, the Berry and Guava mocktails were refreshing and well crafted !! For the Dessert, we had Baklava and Turkish Tiramisu !! Absolutely loved it !!

we recently visit mabruk restaurant at hotel sahara star and try this newly Mediterranean food menu like Mazze platter,falafel ,Batata harra ,Zatar akawi kachapuri ,Baklava with icecream ,Tagine khodar and Cheese rakakat it's so tasty and delicious food of middle East. . must visit and try this new menu available in both veg and nonveg category.

Jatin and Siddhesh has been an amazing host. I loved the food, ambience and service it was top notch. I really appreciate the gesture of them arranging me an amazing pastry for birthday. Overall the experience is nothing but amazing. I’d love to visit here again. 5 stars to everything ****

The food was really tasty, but I felt the menu was a bit limited. They have around 5–6 main categories, with only a few dishes under each, so there isn’t a lot of variety to choose from. The food was good, but I felt the prices were a little high considering the limited options.

Food was good like Authentic lebanese food But the disappointment is Service not that great & they levy 25% taxes which is quite negative point , bcoz service isn’t much good to pay service charge I’ve been to many 5⭐️ ,some of them levy 10 , max 18% of Taxation , but They’re insane

Not at all value for money. Portions were so small we thought someone ate most of our food and then gave us the leftovers. even a 2 year old baby would be left hungry after spending 7k

These guys told us there is either a cover charge or minimum spend needed. We've visited it many times but this is the first time such a rule was imposed. We anyways over spend so the minimum bill amount was a non issue. But being told about it felt new. Avoid if you are taking family along as the hospitality standards seem to be degrading here
