Lovely small place. Loved the choclate decadence donut. Cookie overload donut was very sweet. We also tried dark temptation eclair. It was again was very sweet. Loved the service. Staff is kind and humble.

nowadays donuts are available everywhere but the taste this outlet provides is unbeatable. it cannot be matched. donuts are perfectly baked they are soft fluffy and are fresh.

They have a great selection and deliver the food on time. We selected a pack of 6 donuts for an price and enjoyed the freshness. If you're ordering them, I'd always recommend microwaving for about 20 seconds, right before you eat them.

Liked the donut, it was soft chocolaty but there was toooo much crowd and too little space to sit. Will be preferably ordering next time instead. Their mini donuts looked so cute and they also had Christmas themes donuts.

In the heart of Phoenix Mill, Lower Parel one of the favorite hangout place for donuts lovers. We had the famous Double Trouble and it is still one of the best donuts ever had at Mod. Would love to visit again. Nice place to go with friends or family while shopping.
