VARUGA VARUGA ❤️ Everyone is craving South Indian food these days… looks like Idli & Dosa have officially become Gen Z’s favorite comfort food 😍 So we decided to check out Madras Diaries in Bandra — a place already famous for authentic South Indian food, but now they’ve also launched CHATS… and trust me, this will make you visit again & again! Without wasting any time, we started with our favorite — Pani Puri 🤤 And bhai sahab… they served it with 3 different flavor waters — Mumbai style, Delhiwala & Kolkata style! We literally couldn’t stop eating 😅 Then came the Palak Patta Chaat… And bhai, ekdum Delhi ki yaad dila di ❤️ To beat the summer heat, we tried their Kokum Cooler & Mint Cooler — super refreshing and fresh! For mains, we ordered Mini Idlies served with 4 different chutneys… and trust me, this combo is something you’ll only get here, so make sure it’s on your order list ✔️ We also tried the Malabar Paratha with Chettinad Paneer — great quantity, rich flavors, and the paneer was super soft 😍 And finally in desserts, Pineapple Sheera… simple, comforting, and honestly made with love ❤️ So make sure you visit Madras Diary

So i visited madras diaries which is located in bandra west i must say The food, service, ambience 10/10 Restaurant have 2 types of seating area indoor and outdoor both. Ambiance is supper cozy cool and aesthetic. The very first i tried was their new chaat menu i went crazzyy after having their chaats First i tried their pani puri the puri was soo crispy n freshly fried Then i tried their aloo tikki chaat that reminded me of authentic aloo tikki chaat from delhi. The curd on the top of chaat was cold n fresh the chutneys on the top was soo yumm😍last but not the least tried their palak patta chaat was to die for Deep fried palak patta on top there was chutneys chopped onion tomatoes and some sev which makes chaat more yummylicious. We tried their mocktails with chaat Was kokum cooler 10/10. specially people who are stepping out in this hot summer should go for their kokum cooler and had fresh watermelon juice Then for maincourse we tried their kurma with malabari paratha The paratha was soo good with proper layerings of laccha and tried lemon rice For desert we tried their bread halwa sweetness was balances it was good and flavourful

Visited Madras Diaries in Bandra and was pleasantly surprised by the variety on offer. We started with their newly launched Chaat Corner and tried the Pani Puri and Aloo Tikki Chaat. Both were packed with flavour and tasted fresh. The Chholey Rice with papad was simple, comforting, and a nice addition to the menu. For the main course, we had the Chettinad Paneer Masala Dosa and the Chettinad Mushroom with Malabar Parotta. The dosa was crisp with a flavourful filling, while the mushroom and parotta combination was hearty and satisfying. The mocktails were refreshing and paired well with the meal. A good spot in Bandra for South Indian food with a few interesting twists.

this place just newly introduced chaat and I went to try it and it's the best chaat I had till now. this place is known for best south Indian cuisine but their chaat are also worth trying for sure. Dahi papdi chaat was amazing. they have some really good beverages too whcih are best choice to beat the heat this summer. their cold coffee and elaneer tender coconut with lime juice was too refreshing. in food I would suggest you to try their tahttu idli and dosa sandwich which came with 4 choices of chatni and authentic sambhar. very flavourful and best place for breakfast. would recommend you to visit this place whenever you in bandra.

Madras Diaries is such a vibe. Loved how the place combines South Indian comfort food with fun chaat options. The ambiance is warm, cozy, and perfect for a chill catch-up. The Kokum Cooler was super refreshing and the Filter Coffee was just perfect. The Aloo Tikki Chaat and Chatpata Singada were packed with flavour and tasted amazing. The Cheese Masala Dosa was cheesy, crispy, and super satisfying. But the absolute winner was the Bread Halwa — easily the highlight of the meal. Soft, rich, and unforgettable. Everything from the food to the overall experience was genuinely enjoyable. Will definitely visit again.

Food is stale and pathetic. We went with kids and friends. Ordered mini idlis which were stale. Rest of the food was extremely oily. Ordered wheat paratha with chittinad paneer. Paneer was no where South Indian taste and tasted more like punjabi paneer. Parathas were half cooked and felt stale too
