Not sure why were there negative reviews. But decided to try against the reviews, my experience was good. Service was fast, food was good, tried bombil fry and butter chicken and both items are comparatively good. Now back home, thanks to atal setu.....will reach Dadar in 30 mins. Restaurant is worth the cost, go for it.

One of the best Sea food restaurants in Belapur. Very popular. They have multiple sections - family, AC, non AC, smoking, non smoking etc. The service was quick. Ordered Surmai Masala Fry, Neer Dosa and solkadi. All tasted really good. Price was slightly on the higher side. The owner Mr. Mahesh is seen sitting here monitoring operations. A must visit place, would surely recommend.

I had ordered Prompret Thali with bhakri. The fish was very small in size and was not fresh. For the price, the thali was very ordinary. overrated place.

Had been here yesterday for family dinner. Ordered 1.fried rice n chilli paneer 2.hara bhara kabab 3.rawas tikka 4.paneer tikka 5.steamed rice 6.malwani fish curry 7.missi roti 8.malai kofta. Service was good. The old guy there takes care of everything. No issues. As far as food, so here is my review out if 5 Fried rice 5/5 Chilli paneer 5/5 Paneer tikka 2/5, bland n burnt. This was intimated to the waiter n response was very cold, yes madam thoda jal gaya. Rawas tikka, 1/5, bland n no taste Malai kofta 3 / 5, ok ok not worth Kolhapuri fish curry 2/5 very bland Veg crispy 1/5 in the name of veg it was only cauliflower crispy. Missi roti 0/5 it was not missi at all just maida roti coloured yellow. Couldn't take the pics as kids were very hungry n had to eat whatever was served due to limited options of going to another restaurant as restaurants are open till 10 p. M NOWADAYS.

Horrible experience. Staff was uncourteous and uninterested esp. the Manager. There was a power failure and some electric repair work going on, which caused the lights and AC to go off. The staff and Manager did not even bother to inform, let alone apologise. With ref. to the food, it was passable. Definitely not worth the hype. Most of the food served was stone cold. When asked, lame excuses were made about power failure. The bhakri and neer dosa were not freshly prepared and were totally cold and had turned dry. Mahesh Lunch Home happened to disappoint on all counts. Definitely not recommended.

Food ordered Bombil fry -4/5 Surmai tawa fry -5/5 Khasta roti/garlic naan-2/5 Dal tadka -2/5 Chicken biryani -2/5 Kulfi- 4/5 When you decide to go on a sea food binge Despite of looking at not so great reviews I decided to go check out for myself Guys when the waiter came to take order for the Main course he had a small cockroach in his shirt In sometime a bite of roti falls from the ceiling on the empty seat beside us upon asking the staff he said must be a rat what ???? Huh??? Next level unhygienic Stomach upset!! Never ever shall I visit or recommend this place to any one.

This restaurant is not the one nowadays which I knew before. We came directly to sit here because we trusted on Mahesh food quality. Today's experience was so bad for us. The staff was so rude and didn't have the sense to talk. There is always a sarcasm about everything. I wasn't expecting this from this restaurant. I have been coming here for the last 10 years but this was such a bad experience for me.

Ambiance was good, food was decent, but biggest disappointment was staff behaviour. We order something but on the bill they wrote something different maybe to increase bill amount, pay attention to that. Also one of the rotis had a bug, so be careful while eating here. Overall bad experience.
