Food was a fabulous, id say 4.7. The taste is authentic but the reason i placed 3 stars is for the hospitality. I book and was there an hour before closing however few staff members were really rushing us through stating they have to go in an hour so we better order fast eat and leave and rushing us throughout every step. Least interested in their job, by the last 25 mins to closing time i called their Manager and let him know, he was good as usually since inception. Later the staff was trying their best to make up in the last 20 mins, however my point if they were really on point since start it would have been a 5 plus we could have wrapped even tipped them. I dont really want anyone to take any actions just a feedback cause these little things can ruin someone’s special moments or experiences.

portion sizes are noticeably smaller- especially the starters. Service - which was once a strong point- was very poor.

On 31 July 2026, I ordered a meal from Mainland China, Andheri West. While consuming an Edamame Dumpling, I discovered a long worm inside the dumpling after having already eaten approximately half of it. A portion of the worm was found in my mouth during consumption, causing extreme shock, disgust, and distress. The presence of a worm in food is a serious food safety hazard and reflects gross negligence in maintaining the hygiene and quality standards mandated under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006. Such an incident has exposed me to a potential health risk and has severely undermined my confidence in the food safety practices followed by your establishment. I have already lodged a complaint with the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), requesting that the matter be investigated, the establishment be inspected, the food sample be examined, if required, and appropriate action be initiated against the Food Business Operator for violation of the applicable provisions of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006. I had reported this to the restaurant immediately and Mr. Sunil restaurant Manager accepted the violation from their end. I have preserved all relevant evidence, including: ● Photographs of the contaminated food; and ● The purchase invoice/bill.

Soup had extra vinegar, noodles were average. But the icing on the cake was that a rat ran out right in front of us!! Have been visiting this place for years now and it's sad to see such deterioration. Very poor experience.
