If you're craving authentic South Indian food, Malgudi at Palava Mall is an absolute must-visit! This place truly stands out with its fresh flavors, fast service, and budget-friendly options. The highlight for me was their BENNE DOSA — perfectly crispy on the outside, soft inside, and absolutely delicious. Another must-try is the PODI THATTE IDLI — super soft, generously spread with ghee, and topped with flavorful shing (peanut) powder. A total treat! They also have great tiffin options with a Buy 1 Get 1 offer, making it even more tempting. I tried a tiffin platter that included 4 NEER DOSAS, CHETTINAD BHAJI, PINEAPPLE SHEERA, CHUTNEY, SAMBHAR, and their signature FILTER KAAPI — every single item was fresh and flavorful. Another unique dish I loved was the PAV BHAJI DOSA — a perfect fusion, fresh and full of taste! Overall, Malgudi offers an authentic South Indian experience with freshly made dishes, quick service, and reasonable prices. Highly recommended for all food lovers visiting Palava Mall!

Malgudi consistently offers a comforting and reliable vegetarian experience, always satisfying with healthy and flavorful dishes. This time, Bhushan and his caring team provided prompt service that made us feel welcome. We enjoyed their Rava Dosa and Mysore Dosa, and their Masala Tea was truly delightful. We genuinely loved our meal, appreciating not just the food but also their warm hospitality and cleanliness. Bhushan was kind and attentive, recommending the best dishes to suit our tastes.

💥💫South indian food alert! Discovered Malgudi at Phoenix Market City, Kurla, and I'm hooked! This charming restaurant serves authentic South Indian cuisine with a twist..! Malgudi is a nice South Indian chain which serves a good variety of South Indian dishes. The quality of food is really good & service is pretty fast as well. Staff members are so nice and handle crowed with maturity and big smile!

Best place for South-Indian food •They are having the Buy 1 Get 1 offer on their specific menu • They offer Tiffin Menu where you get a dish of 5 items (Including Rice, Paratha, Veg Curry, white chutney & choice of beverage) So now don't stop your craving for South Indian food and visit once to Malgudi

This place is not that great as i expected. Its not that authentic South Indian taste. Their coffee was not that great and very less quantity. I tried their podi idli which was average. Rava masala dosa tasted cold and didnt like the masala taste. Too much salty. Not worth the money.

Worst experience ever..!! They Served me Mysore Masala dosa which was not at all hot or fresh made...also on complaining the male person at the counter was not agreeing, when I insisted to make a fresh one they denied again but I made them make another one and they took the current one turned it around and re-served the same dosa, Also the male person showed attitude by giving a statement "touch karke dekhlo firse thanda hojayega". Pathetic Experience...Never go there to eat those flighty dishes or experience shit people like those staff ones...!!

I ordered a dosa from Malgudi Tiffins through Swiggy, priced at ₹180, expecting a fresh and warm meal. However, what I received was a cold and unappetizing dosa. For such a steep price, this is unacceptable. It completely ruined the dining experience, and I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here if quality and freshness matter to you. Extremely disappointed!

pathetic service .they give u fully burnt dosa and if u ask to change ...they say aap khaoge toh acha lagega...and bulshit behaviour....
