We were unable to apply for a 15% discount while paying. Also, they were unaware of the district app. However, the food was delicious and the staff were attentive and suggestive. Also, as per suggestion we ordered Batti da murg , which was quite good and we ordered fish fingers, it was ok. Well, I suggest the starters should be paired up with some side dips like green chutney or anything. Overall, the food tasted good.

found a hair in chicken lollipop and there was a mouse roaming in the hotel. we had to wait outside for over 30 mins with a 4 month old baby

Whatever we ordered the waiter said its unavailable. Had really high hopes but dont know why they served us this bad. The waiting period was almost 40mins after we order which is normally a big deal when it comes to restaurants of this scale.

Service was extremely slow😔. The waiter was not attentive, and the manager kept saying the delay was because of “good taste,” but every dish took around 50-55 minutes to arrive. The biryani taste was honestly disappointing. The ambience is decent, but overall it’s not worth it. There are much better options available in Thane. if you are looking for a bar option then you can go for it. For a family and friends try a different one.

Very disappointing experience at the restaurant. The food quality was not good at all — the bombil had absolutely no salt and lacked taste. Also, despite the booking, they gave us non-AC seating and even the fans were not working properly, which made it extremely uncomfortable. Overall, poor service and not a satisfying experience.
