Had ordered idli which was Premade and stored in a box and just surged ice closed when told them to serve fresh hot they placed the same idli in steamer and had to return and cancel the order and took my money back, I don’t know for what the money was paid This cafe is famous for idli and dosa if you all cannot serve it as it has to be then I seriously don’t know why are you here

I took parcel of 1 butter sada dosa 1 pineapple sheera and 1 medu vada sambhar. Instead of butter sada he gave me only sada dosa. I found fly in dosa. Please look into this matter. Very disappointing.

We ordered Pizza Dosa and they served something random with some sauce, topped with purple cabbage and cheese on an Uttapam instead of a mentioned Dosa. When confronted they said this is how it comes.
