This place doesn't needs any review one of the hidden gem located at Matunga full day breakfast serving menu is simply authentic. Located behind dp's. It's exactly in between Dadar and Matunga station . 12-15 min walkable. Located at collage area in between of 3 collage one school. And yet got a crowd base traveling speically to have there food. Coming to food have tried there menu full. Idli 5/5 served with coconut chutney and Sambhar. Upma 4/5 Mendu wadal 4/5 Masala dosa 5/5 Dal wada 4.5/5 Onion utapa. 5/5 Filter coffee is simply outstanding. Highly recommended place. For budget breakfast menu thru out the day .

Mani's Cafe is located at Matunga east. They are well known in the area and they have other outlets as well. The cafe is well known for their filter coffee and hundreds of people visit their cafe daily just to have their coffee. Their prices are quite reasonable and pocket friendly as well. The ambience is good and the service provided by them is nice as well. The food on the menu mostly consists of south Indian dishes, and the items provided by them are quite tasty as well. Always a joy to eat here!! If you're fond of south Indian food, this is a must-visit place. This place is located next to Ruia College, Matunga. The place has no ambiance but it's quite clean. This place is always crowded, so you may have to share your seat with some strangers. Average waiting time is around 10 minutes. When it comes to food, they serve typical south Indian dishes. Quality and quantity of food is good. You must try their Idli chutney and Rava masala dosa. Totally worth of every penny.

Hands down the best South Indian eatery in entire Mumbai. Been visiting this place for last 20 years. Quality is still impressive. Onion Rava Masala dosa - Must try !

25th March 2023. Had ghee onion uttapam & filter coffee, both delicious. 2 chutneys: tomato & coconut were great. Sambhar was okay.

Easily one of the best, if not the best South Indian breakfast place in Mumbai. Authentic Tamil style items (the sambhar is spicy, hence) with a fairly economical price, and truly satisfying! The vada was doused with sambhar and was crispy and perfect. The onion uttapam was excellent too. The filter coffee was pretty top notch as well (ask them for making it strong and with less sugar, the one served by default is mild and may not please a purist :P)

We visited this place for breakfast today. It's a small resturant in Matunga. There was a bit of a wait before we could get in. We ordered the Mendu Vada which was very good. We also tried the Sheera/Upma which was nice. Next we tried the Rava Masala Dosa and the best of the lot was the onion and tomato Uttapam. It was fluffy and very tasty. The filter coffee was nice as well

A really good place to have filter coffee. Usually students and office crowd can be seen. Its just near by Ruia college. Do visit this place to try out south Indian food.

Must try their cheese dosa authentic taste with fusion touch will satisfy your hunger and cravings. Lost of variety in their menu. Worth to taste their food.
