Sushi was slightly better than average and the taste was decent overall. However, the wasabi was complete nonsense and didn’t match the quality expected at this price. The place feels a bit overpriced if you don’t have Zomato offers. Overall, it’s okay to try once, but pricing and condiments like wasabi should be improved.

The waiter who served was very rude and didn't do his job properly. I had to ask for everything 2-3 times. otherwise, the food was amazing, never disappointing.

The service was good, the food is super overpriced like cafes in bandra or colaba. they are charging 820 plus taxes for a plate of sushi in kharghar, to be honest it does not even taste like 800-900 rupees. We also took the ramen which was 800 plus taxes and the taste was pretty average, the broth was good but the quality of ramen did not meet my taste palate. we took only 2 item and the bill was 2500 which would be totally fine if it was in BKC or SoBo or even in a luxury place. Even in Marriot or Latit or Oberoi charges around 900 rupees for a plate of sushi. The staff behaviour was very good. Overall not a bad place. Previously it used to be super good. This was outlr 7th or 8th visit in mantoou. This time I was so disappointed. They have Jap and Korean cuisine and still we were told kimchi not available. I could have easily given 1 star but as I used to like this place very much before so giving a 2.5 star from my side. Very Average Food and interior with premium pricing.

Tried the Mexican golden fried sushi and spicy grilled prawns uramaki, but honestly, both felt far from authentic. Everything was overloaded with sauces, and it didn’t have that simple, fresh sushi taste. The seafood also felt a bit questionable, which made the experience worse. The ramen bowl, on the other hand, was huge in quantity and quite filling. But for ₹800–900 per bowl, it felt overpriced. Also the menu here doesn't matches with the actual one. Overall, not a place I’d rush back to.

Food took forever to come. Service was very slow. Had to call for the staff. Place was unkept with wallpapers coming out, high sofa seats where the tables are low making it uncomfortable to eat. Water was not even served the entire meal. Wasabi was not of good quality. Came for birthday celebration moved to another place for mains and cake cutting

Worst service from the staff. Waited for half an hour just to place the order after getting seated. The waiter didn't even care for a bottle of water. We literally had to beg for a bottle of water. but waiter had other plans to go and relax. when we asked again and again then he came with water bottle. 3 baar remind karne ke baad bhi koi order lene nahi aya. Phir adhe ghante baad order lene aa gaye. Even orders came very late. There wasn't much crowd as well still the orders were served late idk why. We ordered 4 different dishes and each dish came with half and hour in between. We came here for dinner after very long hectic travel just to eat in peace and go home for rest but this pathetic service made our blood boil. Utter waste of time. Upar se staff were behaving like they don't even care about customers. Very unapologetic behaviour. The manager didn't even had the courtesy to come to the table and apologize even after asking about the delay. Ekdum third class service! If you want to waste your time and money then only visit the place.

We ordered veg momo ramen bowl, Japanese donburi bowl and also a crackling spinach sushi. Bowls were okish. The sushi when asked for, said they can give some other sushi. The Service is the worst. The lady taking the order seems like doing her job namesake. May be the dining experience could have been better if the place had warmth.

Pathetic experience. waited over an hour for the food to arrive and got wrong order. One of the dish we ordered was told to us that wasn’t available after accepting the order and waiting for it more than an hour. were served nonveg rice after ordering veg rice.

worst place, food is good, but what's the point if they can't serve you properly, half of the order had to be cancelled as there was so much delay. total mismanagement
