I recently visited Mao Restaurant and had an incredible dining experience! I ordered the Chicken Noorani Kabab and Chicken Tikka Mini Kepsa, and I must say, the kababs were absolutely delicious. They had a delightful tandoori coating, and the filling was made of perfectly spiced seekh chicken. The spice level was just right—medium spicy, which added to the overall flavor without overwhelming the palate. What made it even more special was that it was served on a sizzling plate, enhancing the presentation and aroma. The Chicken Tikka Mini Kepsa was a unique addition to the menu, and being the first place to serve it definitely earned them some extra points. The taste was simply amazing, and each bite was a burst of flavor. I would highly recommend Mao Restaurant to anyone looking for a great meal. The combination of delicious food, unique offerings, and excellent presentation makes it a must-visit spot. Can't wait to go back and try more dishes!

I've had kepsa here many times. The quantity and quality is very good. The special chicken kepsa is my favourite.

i have ordered Egg biryani food was tasty. only rice 🍚 was half cooked it could be better in cooking rice or else all was good

Nice place for Indian Chinese. Located right on metro near Marine lines, mao always has a crowd. You may have to wait but it's worth it

Rated low because of unprofessional service by their staff members. I had visited the restaurant few minutes ago with my mother to eat some snack and requested seat in AC section, to which we heard few serving staff commenting "Shawrma khane AC me kaun bethta hai!! " and laughing among themselves. I felt this approach of them was totally disrespectful towards the customer and we left the restaurant post sharing our feedback with branch manager.

The waiter seemed inattentive, not properly listening to our order, which resulted in mistakes. Additionally, when we requested regular drinking water, we were told only packaged water was available, which was frustrating. It took over half an hour to receive water, and when it finally arrived, it was in a glass that had a mosquito in it.

We order panner triple rice food we didn’t liked it We order order normally food was good earlier staff was good now it’s worst ! i don’t know what’s wrong service we received food after 1hr and the next time we order it again the staff is not polite and don’t listen to our requests on food preference worst behaviour.

fraud restaurant asked for something there will parcel u something l ordered mutton boneless biryani and there parcel me chicken with bone biryani of 160 rs and there charged me for mutton boneless biryani of 260 + tax which cost me 317 rs and this was not first time it as been done many time with customer.

horrible and stale food, everyone which is around 8-9 people felt nausea and dizziness after eating it's kepsa. something wrong in the food, very scary to eat such food!!
