Delivery orders are often accepted and delayed a lot quite frequently. Very unresponsive also in terms of answering calls.

Please be careful while paying online at the outlet of McDonald's Pheonix Marketcity, Kurla. I had ordered 2 soft serve and did the payment by GPay, and the transaction was successful, but the person named Akash on the counter denied saying that the payment was not received. Whereas the transaction was successful & I also showed them (the manager) the bank statement, but still they made me pay again, so paid them by cash the second time. So Aakash (staff) gave me a number of "Hussain Sir" saying that if I don't receive my refund to contact this person. After almost 48 hrs I contacted Hussain to ask for my refund as I didn't receive any refund from the bank. So he asked me to send a screenshot of the payment done, I did as he asked for, but still he didn't refund my money back. So the next day again I contacted Hussain to ask for the same, but he said he will process it. Still he has not returned my money back. Extremely poor service, feels like a scam to me.😡😡😡

I think so it's was my bad time or poor service by mcd team. Since I'm using mcd app from past 3 months without any hesitate but today they told us we don't take orders from applications when i ask why? We don't have coke i said it's fine give me any alternative I'm okay with it. However they want me to order directly with them than only they can serve coke. It sounds like strange to me. I said just give me in written that they don't allow mcd applications for orders and i ask for a manager, manager came and said sir you can use application no problem. I don't know why the are forcing people to orders directly since we are getting good deal from application. No apologies from staff's. Showing unhappy face. Are we accepting this type of service from McDonald's?

This place has to shutdown. They serve bad food. I ordered three burgers and fries. All my three kids are fallen sick. They have bad bad bad fever. Doctor said food poison. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡health department should shutdown this mcdonalds branch.

Don't ever try taking away from McDonald's Phoenix city kurla. There's no coordination and they make you wait for 15-20 min for a 5 min order... Absolutely pathetic service.
