today I m visited McDonald's at vicino mall the staff are so friendly and so nice I m very happy with them😊 i ordered the meal for me and the burger quality is so good 😊 im really happy I appreciate to them

really wasn’t a Mcd fan but tried their n puff and it’s sooo good. The flavours just melt in ur mouth also the coke float is sucha good concept. Love it

service was very slow. 2 counters were open. but the order taking had some kink which caused delays. when they gave us option of using the kiosk but even after kiosk our payment was to be in cash. we again had to go over the counter only to confirm the order. for such cases, kiosk is no use. after waiting 15mins for our turn to come, the machine also got stuck which delayed it more. plus the amount quoted was incorrect (luckily I had checked the approx costing). upon asking y the amount was high, the exec apologized and checked and stated the correct amount. I did not receive a bill for this order. when the order was delivered they gave only 1 sachet of ketchup with no tissues. service was extremely bad 2ith no apologies made by none whatsoever. even the manager was not available to address such issues. I regret not taking any pics. but won't be visiting this out again for sure.

While the order was been taken the employees just shut the order and didn’t complete saying everything is shut .. this was done after taking order .. very upsetting as the one taking order told me yours is the last order for the day .. they closed the kitchen after taking order .. never again I would visit this outlet and the workers didn’t focus on taking order while I was placing it .. they were talking amongst themselves .. none of the self service machines were working and they shut it before 1 .. disappointed

I had visited for takeaway Rude behaviour of frontline guy his name Pawan I just asked him to give extra chilli sauce..than he said that I have used bad language on him..for the chilli sauce..bad service bad service

I ordered one gems mcflurry and it is totally disappointing!! 129 rupess for a vanilla cup with 7 gems and one spoon chocolate sauce!!
