FEEDBACK today only for Mr Shahid from Sion- Mumbai. He listened to my previous order BAD WORDT experience and acknowledged and gave assurance for better order as I told him i wont be ordering again from this outlet . my order was perfect today. Thanks Mr Shahid. Appreciate brother! Very professional and polite employee. Also, he tried to assist while, understanding what went wrong with the previous order even after instructions to night last on Thursday. previous order was pathetic, with oily wrap and water inside wrap from lettuce, and no veggies or sauces. .

Too much of waiting time for the order - the fries got cold waiting at the counter - when we said beverages can be given later realised they had not given the peri peri spice mix… by the time beverages came the food was anyways done with Can’t believe McDonalds takes so much time for serving

I placed my order through the Zomato app and was expecting to receive a 1 big spicy Mcwrap chicken, 1 Mc veg pizza puff 1 fries and 2 Cokes However, upon receiving my order, I noticed that the Mc veg pizza puff were missing. This was a frustrating experience, as I had paid for the missing items and was left feeling unsatisfied with my order. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I hope that in the future, McDonald's will take greater care to ensure that orders are complete and accurate. I would appreciate it if you could arrange for a refund or redelivery of the missing items as soon as possible.

Zero respect of the customer, no manners how to talk to customers and how to deal with the customers. The whole staff is horrible in terms of treat the customer. Delay in service and fighting with the internal staff also. Screaming in the store like next level and disturbing the customers.

Bery bed food I received every time, fries is too bed and very cold and also packing charges is very very high. Want low cost food delivery so common men can afford your food. Please note and take action on my rating and reviews
