Not the first bad experience at this branch. This time, I ordered large fries for takeaway and clearly got a smaller portion than another customer who had also ordered large fries. Staff were giggling and distracted instead of focusing on orders – very unprofessional. Earlier, they had even forgotten my order, and I received my small meal only after multiple reminders and waiting for 20 minutes. Really disappointed with the consistency and service here. Needs serious improvement.
