McD now has a gourmet menu with a huge increase in the price. Somehow the quality is definitely deteriorating. McFlurry is a disaster now, vanilla ice cream with cookie pieces! The fries are sometimes soggy and not hot. Lettuce is not fresh. So the quality and standard needs an improvement.

I ordered food from this mcdonalds outlet. However, I didn't get 2 regular fries , it was a missing item in my order. On calling the outlet , they told they will send it within an hour. However , they didnt send it. Next day , I called them again about the issue , they did the same thing , they told we will send the fries shortly but still they didn't do the same. I am extremely disappointed with the service they have given. Please don't order from this outlet.

The restaurant needs to have consistent packaging for take-away and app-ordered items. For e.g., when you order through the app, the beverages come in nice plastic containers with proper lids. But when you go to the restaurant to get a take-out, the beverages are given in these flimsy thermcol cups. On my way, these cups made the paper bag wet, which caused them to tear, and everything got spilled on the road! What a waste!

The burger we ordered didn’t really turned out well it was disappointing. We expected it to be more fresh but it turned out to be more stale so wasn’t happy with the food quality.

They are keeping old stock and cheese was so hard. Very bad experience. Everything even the bun was stale
