MCD has many outlet all over the India. This outlet is located at Byculla.. Really good place uf you love to eat burgers! Their gourmet cheese collection is very tasty and also many food items are with reasonable price! So worth money. There is place to sit and eat and also can get delivered or takeaway option is available.safety norms were checked and overall good experience.

The worst McDonald’s joint!!!!! The staff is so unwelcoming and unprofessional.. I was with heavy bags and they made me order from the tv screen right when I entered.. I didn’t even find a seat to keep my things.. I guess they did not want me to avail offers from the app! The coke they served was flat and tasted like water even without ice!!! To add to this already bad experience, they turned out the lights while customers were still eating just because it was closing but it was not even 11 and there were still a lot of people. They didn’t even ask us to move or inform that they are shutting.. how unprofessional! I literally had to eat the rest of my meal in the dark.. it felt pressurised to leave..Never experienced this at any other outlet. Moreover the ac wasn’t cooling at all! They really need to work on their management and staff.. better to visit the vt and hill road branch… NEVER GOING BACK!!!

I love Mcdonald's for fast delivery of food and their coffee. It's a disappointment that this outlet opens at 11.30am, I want to know the reason why? Especially when I have seen customers waiting out for it to open. There is no non-veg breakfast burger, no hash browns as part of the menu. The staff isn't trained and treat customers with a lacking attitude - not once but twice I have witnessed this. It is sad to see the franchise not being up to the mark. food delivery is slow, casual and sad.

Awful place. I hope McDonald's comes here and trains this staff because all they do is act negligently and make shitty food. I love McDonald's but this outlet is pathetic. Their Strawberry Milkshake was literally half a scoop of 10% ice cream and 90% water. The hot fudge brownie was literally cold and when I asked them about it, they said "aisa he aata hai". I request the McDonald's team to audit this particular outlet.

Firstly there is less staff...secondly veg mc muffin pattice had half the size...on askinthem to remake they gave me a burnt one... Agn askd to remake... They gave a better one bt still nt upto the mark....a day bfre a fallen burger was served. .. On tellin them that i cld complain against them...thats wen they made another one n gav.... They lack at service n experience

The burger was all soggy(my house is like 5mins away) and they completely forgot to add jhalepenos in my maharaja mac and when complained they denied even with the clear pictures. Worst McDonald outlet ever. This thing happened for the third time now.
