This cozy restaurant has left the best impressions! Hospitable hosts, delicious dishes, beautiful presentation, wide wine list and wonderful dessert. I recommend to everyone! I would like to come back here again and again.

The location was superb from the inside the store you can see the view of outside and specialy in the evening time was so nice, place was superb and staff was also very good and helpfull

I ordered 1 cheesy nuggets, Mexican Fries, and 1 berry cooler. I tried 1st time cheese nuggets and berry cooler. it was so yum and amazing in taste really love it so crunchy. Berry cooler is ok. I love the service of here. The most important thing i liked of McD is that there server is always good and polite staff. Sitting areas is good.

Spicy paneer burger was ok ok. It was not that hot or tasty. Cappacino was cold too. Not worth the money .

I had placed an order for a McSpicy Burger with cheese, a Grilled Chicken & Cheese Burger, fries, and a Coke around 1:45 PM. As we were getting late for a movie, we requested the staff to hold off on preparing the order. We made the full payment in advance, received the bill, and told to collect the order after 3 hours. After the movie, we returned and presented the bill to the staff. However, we were made to wait for over 30 minutes while other orders were being prepared and served ahead of ours. Each time we asked, we were told it would take just 5 more minutes. One staff member, Aayushi, kept smiling throughout, which felt quite dismissive given the situation. Despite waiting patiently and watching others being served before us, there was no proper update or urgency shown for our order. Eventually, another staff member stepped in, asked for the details, and ensured that our order was finally prepared. However, it was disappointing that we had to wait for 30–45 minutes at the counter for an order that had already been paid for and was supposed to be ready. A similar delay and lack of attention were experienced again at the ice cream counter. Additionally, the McSpicy chicken burger we received did not have cheese, even though they charged ₹24 extra for it Overall, the experience was quite frustrating due to poor coordination and lack of timely service.

the worst experience I've had in my life. the service was as slow as a snail. I have to wait for my order for almost half an hour, and that too just for a coffee & a burger which was in the end tastes bad, oily and cold (burger) and the coffee was also the worst I had ever in any mcdonalds. and when I asked the manager incharge, he casually asked me to wait and then run to another counter to collect my drink after waiting for 30 minutes on my table sitting with partial order received. there was lack of staff and everyone was just running on the floor. even the self ordering POS were not working properly and only one counter was taking orders.

The most disappointing mc Donalds in whole of mumbai.. either the ac is not working or the service bad. The coffee they serve is like water and desserts are most of the times not available

We are right now at the McDonald's and there is boric powder smell everywhere and A/c is kept off don't know how and why are they are doing it and why do they keep Ac off Pathetic place

Ankit Mishra the manager only wanted cash payment for the order and saying no network for McDonald’s. Such a surprise for a company like McDonald’s not accepting card or QR.

Worst burgers ever had. We placed 21 burger meal order. All money went in vain. Never recommend this place.
