Visited McDonald's today and overall it was a nice experience. Special thanks to Neha for helping us choose the burgers — her suggestions were really good. We ordered Spicy Chicken, Premium Burger, and Crispy Chicken in a combo with Strawberry Shake. The burgers and shake were great, but the fries were disappointing — very low in quantity and not as crispy or tasty as they used to be. Quality has definitely dropped compared to earlier.

Being honest I'm not a big fan of burger but this McDonald's burger was so yum😋 mouth watering 🙈 perfect texture perfect taste perfectly cooked soft yet crunchy 🤤 and damn fries were so good crunchy and tasty 😋 with sauce ofcourse 🙈💕❤️ just loved it ❤️🧿 both chicken piri piri burger and paneer piri piri burger with fries were best 😋 just made my day for sure❤️💕🧿🙈

Burgers and fries are go to but sometimes they make the best and sometimes they mess up but messing up very rare and burgers are delicious so 5/5

Dear McDonald's Team, I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent order, which was canceled without any resolution. I ordered a McCheese Chicken Burger meal because I was hungry, and the weather conditions were not favorable due to the ongoing rains. Unfortunately, the delivery person refused to deliver, citing water on the road. Despite my instructions to use an alternative route, he still declined, and I did not receive my order. To add to the inconvenience, I have not received any refund for the undelivered meal. This is a very unprofessional way of handling customer orders, and I expected better service from a brand like McDonald’s. I kindly request that you look into this matter and provide a prompt resolution, including a refund for the order that was never delivered. Thank you for your attention to this issue. Sincerely,

FRAUD ALERT BY ANUSHKA at billing counter I had ordered a aloo tikki (Rs 59) and Babyccino (Rs 113) - clearly mentioned to NOT make it a meal I was charged Rs 220 saying aloo tikki costs 172 with taxes Asking for the bill she tore the original bill which was also displayed on the screen where she had made it a meal inspite telling her again and again Very rude and unexperienced staff Charging customers more than the charges given by mcd

Worst experience...I went around 11:30am may be I was the first to order for dine in,this people served me cold and stinking burger as I open it smelled so bad I retured it then they made a new one and the fries was cold and reheated for 2 times as I return it too.This people served yesterday burger and fries..🤢🤢 Nalasopara west branch mcd worst ..

The quality of the food is very bad and the service is like I'm in dhaba... I asked for straw for my beverages they told me it's discontinued by the company the fries quality was so bad it was not fresh and my McDonald's fav maharaja burger was so bad and not fresh... Totally bad experience in nalasopara West outlet
