I headed straight Andheri East to Andheri West through the Mumbai local station bridge to visit another favourite place with nostalgic memories, McDonalds.  Not just any McDonalds, my first ever McDonalds and probably the second outlet of the brand in India, first I think was in Delhi.  While I was not meaning to eat anything, I did pick up a cold coffee from McCafe and headed straight to the first floor for some air-conditioned comfort, sipping fantastic coffee.  This is the outlet I had my first McChicken, and in the early 2000's they had the policy of serving your order within a min or your order is free.  We all know how they could not meet that time 100% so they opted to offer a free softy if they miss to deliver your order within a minute, and eventually took that policy away, nevertheless a great marketing strategy, but definitely a wonderful memory for me, eating a couple or more free softy's from this outlet of McDonalds in 2002.

A Fast Food Classic: McDonald's never fails to deliver on its promise of quick and convenient meals. Consistency at Its Best: No matter which McDonald's you visit, you can expect the same familiar taste and quality. Iconic Burgers: The Big Mac and Quarter Pounder are the epitome of deliciousness and have stood the test of time.

Had a good experience here with friends! Service was quick and the food was fresh and tasty. The fries and burger were really good. Nice place for a quick hangout 💗

For Vandana (your employee) -Thank you for brewing an excellent cup of coffee, as instructed and serving it just the way I like it 👍🏼 For Management -I'd like to draw your attention to maintain some hygiene standards specially the lavatory and the area around it. Also the premises isn't properly temperature controlled some pockets feel very warm and hot please look into this

Had the worst experience while ordering the food. The girl had 0 interest in taking my order, did not even put up a smile while taking the order, other staff was ok, that girl who took the order. Spoiled my mood.

I would like to share what I experienced few moments ago at McDonalds outlet in western expressway metro station mumbai on 5th September 2024. I placed my order from the kiosk available right at the entrance of the restaurant, got my code entered my mobile number and moved to the counter, it was a simple 1 burger only order. There was no one at the counter and only 1 person who was billing others. After waiting patiently for 5 minutes I asked the guy where is my order where he gave me a clueless look. I actually had to explain him that I ordered from the kiosk station. Further, I still waited patiently for another 5 minutes when I lost my patience and walked out. I did not take my order since no one was there to make it or serve it at the counter. Now to my surprise when I saw the text message from McDonald’s for a feedback to drop my order feedback it says I have already given my feedback. This is something that I am sure is soliciting of my feedback since it was a simple website where all you need to do is put in your invoice number. 1. I did not get my product. 2. Pathetic levels of empathy in your staff 3. Soliciting my feedback !!!!!!

the lady taking my order was very chaotic & couldn't understand what to do, Later on I called for mexican aloo tikki and they served us Mc'aloo tikki even the fries weren't good I ordered 5 iced coffees & 1 cold coffee which was crap as well Very bad experience overall, do not visit this place

We have order mac veggie burger n fries it’s was very cold and in burger there no sauces very much disappointed and order came after 1 hr
