My favourite burgers are American cheese and maharaja mac, just yummy and perfect to fill that empty tummy. Prices are overpriced but overall I love the food

Mc Donald's!! I tried their Chicken Premium Burger Meal . It was very delicious and amazing. It was 359 rupees for medium meal . It was a perfect burger it was made with a amazing chicken pattice and a egg pattice layered above . It was very delicious. I loved it . Fries were crispy and amazing. The sitting area is very limited . I think they should increase the area as many people were searching place to sit . They had a serving on the table service with was really good . Staff was polite and humble. The atmosphere was very good but many people were not finding place to sit .

We had kept my daughter's birthday party for approximately 40 people. Prajakta thou not at a managerial level accepted our request for keeping the birthday party at this Prabhadevi outlet, which actually has not done any birthday party in the past. She convinced everyone and did a wonderful job by supporting and being kind to us in everything. Would like to suggest and advice to keep a good host and team for organizing more birthday parties and making it a success and growing centre. Negative feedback - The Asst. manager Sumer Khopkar doesn't actually deserve his post! He doesn't have manners how to talk to the customers and learn from his juniors and other staff how to be approachable and respect people by not talking nonsense. Would really like to thank Prajakta, Sadichha and other junior level staff for all the help they gave us.

Had made a long list of order out of which burgers are missing, worn burgers are been delivered. The restaurants keep their phone off. Like what are you guys up to. This is for the MC D at Prabhadevi. The customer experience team needs to pay heed to such thing and take strict actions against the manager. Wrong order could be a human error keeping the phones switch off and no response I think took things a lil far. Also no second check of the order that is getting delivered. Someone needs to take a look at it.

Extremely bad experience. They switched off the lights in the midst of me having food and then when the waiter came up to me saying that I should vacant the space I told him I burnt my hand because I was literally having food using the flash light of my phone,to that he just again repeated I have to shut the space and walked off. disgusting staff literally no empathy.

This is the worst McD outlet. The AC always has technical issues. The food has some or the other issue. Sometimes they will add less sauce in the burger or sometimes they will add jalapenos when you will specifically mention not to. The shakes are never like other outlets. The food is never proper. All the trainees are placed here to experiment on the customers.

Pathetic place, unreliable delivery. Order takes more than an hour. And after an hour they cancel the order. Worst McD outlet. This place should just shut down!
