Walking into Megumi, the first thing that catches your attention is the ambience. The restaurant has a chic, bohemian aesthetic with stylish interiors that create a relaxed and contemporary dining experience. It's the kind of place where you can enjoy good food while also soaking in the atmosphere. We began our meal with Yuugen and Natsukashii. Both drinks were refreshing and made for a pleasant start to the evening. Among the appetisers, the Megumi Tempura Roll was one of our favourites, especially for its crispy exterior and satisfying bite. The Crispy Veg Cheung Fun was equally interesting, combining delicate textures with a delicious filling. For the main course, we ordered Pad Thai Noodles and Megumi Laksa. The Pad Thai was flavourful and comforting, while the Megumi Laksa offered a richer and more aromatic experience. Having both dishes made for a nice contrast and gave us a chance to explore different flavours from the menu. Dessert was the Bitter Chocolate Cake, and it was a great way to end the meal. The deep chocolate flavour made it an indulgent finish without taking away from the dishes we had enjoyed earlier. What makes Megumi stand out is the overall experience. The chic yet bohemian setting, creative drinks and diverse Asian flavours come together nicely. Whether you're planning a casual dinner, a date night or an evening with friends, Megumi offers an atmosphere that feels stylish while still being comfortable and welcoming.

Megumi offers a beautiful blend of Japanese-inspired cuisine and a chic, bohemian ambience. The interiors have a relaxed yet sophisticated character, making it a great place for a leisurely dinner or a special evening with friends. The decor feels stylish without being overly formal, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. We started with **Yuugen** and **Natsukashii**, two interesting drinks that paired nicely with the meal. For appetisers, the **Megumi Tempura Roll** was a standout, with a crispy texture and well-balanced flavours. The **Crispy Veg Cheung Fun** was another enjoyable choice, offering a lovely combination of soft and crispy textures. For the mains, we tried the **Pad Thai Noodles** and **Megumi Laksa**. Both dishes brought a nice variety to the table, with the laksa being particularly enjoyable for its rich and comforting flavours. The Pad Thai was a satisfying option with a good balance of sweet, savoury and tangy notes. We finished with the **Bitter Chocolate Cake**, which was a perfect dessert for chocolate lovers. Rich, indulgent and satisfying, it rounded off the meal beautifully. Overall, Megumi is a great choice if you're looking for a restaurant with stylish bohemian interiors, creative drinks and an interesting Asian-inspired menu. The ambience is definitely one of its biggest attractions, while the food makes the experience even more enjoyable.

Megumi takes dining in Bandra to another level. Perched on the 9th floor, this luxurious Japanese and Pan-Asian restaurant combines stunning city views, beautiful lighting and an effortlessly sophisticated ambience. The elegant interiors and intimate vibe make it perfect for a special evening. We started with beautifully crafted Wabi Sabi and Shikitogai cocktails, while Yuugen and Natukashii were refreshing non-alcoholic options. The food offered plenty to explore—from beautifully presented sushi and delicate dim sums to indulgent small plates and flavour-packed mains. I particularly loved the attention to presentation, interesting flavours and variety of textures. End with the soft, delicate Japanese Honey Cheesecake for a perfect sweet finish. Overall, a complete experience of food, luxury, views and ambience!

Megumi had been on my list for a while, and finally making it there was absolutely worth the wait. ✨ We tried the Cottage Cheese Kung Pao, stir-fry mushrooms and truffle fries, followed by the Edamame Truffle Fried Rice with Mapo Tofu. Everything was fresh, flavourful and beautifully done, with the Kung Pao being a personal favourite. The Yuzu Mille Feuille and bitter chocolate mousse made for a lovely end to the meal, and we also tried a couple of their mocktails along the way. 🍹 But the real showstopper was the ambience, elegant, warm and beautifully designed. Add to that their quick and efficient service, and you've got a place that works equally well for a dinner with friends or family. Tanaji served us really well. Definitely one to add to your Mumbai dining list. 🤍

Megumi in Santacruz West totally lives up to the celebrity hype with its incredible Japanese and Pan-Asian spread! The special tempura roll is an absolute must-order, and the cottage cheese kung pao packs rich, balanced flavors. The real showstopper has to be the Dan Dan noodles—easily some of the best you'll find in Mumbai—paired brilliantly with the spicy, tangy kimchi fried rice. Finished with their top-notch desserts, the entire dining experience was memorable from start to finish. Highly recommended!
