I recently visited Mercii Hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The ambience of the hotel is very elegant, modern and comfortable, making it a perfect place for family dining, business meetings or special occasions. The interiors are beautifully designed and the overall atmosphere feels premium and relaxing. The food quality was outstanding. Every dish was well presented and full of flavour. You can clearly see the attention given to quality and taste. The menu offers a good variety of options, so there is something for everyone. The hygiene standards were also very well maintained which made the experience even better. The service was excellent and very professional. The staff members were polite, friendly and always ready to help. They ensured that everything was served on time and that we were comfortable throughout the visit. Their hospitality truly made the experience special. Another thing I really liked was the peaceful and classy environment. It is a great place to spend quality time with family and friends. The seating arrangement is comfortable and the overall vibe is very positive. I would highly recommend Mercii Hotel to anyone looking for great food, good ambience and excellent service. It is definitely a place I would love to visit again. Keep up the great work! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Tried a mix of drinks and food here and honestly, everything hit the right spot! ✨ The Mint Berry Mash was super refreshing with just the right balance of fruity and minty, while the Sweet Kiss lived up to its name—light, smooth, and really pleasant. For food, the Edamame Ricotta Gyoza was a standout—such a unique combination and perfectly done. The Zen Udon was comforting and full of flavor, and the Tuscan Chicken Spaghetti was rich, creamy, and absolutely satisfying. Overall, a great experience with well-balanced flavors and good presentation. Definitely a place I’d come back to!

Sunday brunch at Mercy was absolutely amazing! ✨ From fresh starters to delicious European dishes, great drinks, desserts, music & vibe — everything was on point. The staff was super warm and the place was spotless. Highly recommend for hosting a party! 💃🥂

If you are planning to go to there just DON’T. Going there is like paying to get insulted by an extremely high handed staff who behave like they are God’s chosen and they are doing the common people a huge favour by existing. My daughter went to celebrate her birthday with her group of friends and each of them had something terrible to say about the behaviour of the staff. Since it was a special occasion no one really wanted to create a scene and so they decided to hang around as the only saving grace was the music which to an extent lessened their otherwise bad experience. Owners and investors of this place kindly take note, unless you want the place shut down soon in the near future.
