Recently visited Mercy in Santa Cruz and honestly loved how beautifully the place balances its energetic nightlife vibe with a well-curated dining experience. The ambience is stylish and lively with elegant interiors, great music, mood lighting, and a crowd that instantly sets the tone for a fun evening. It’s the kind of place that works perfectly for dinner dates, celebrations, or even a weekend outing with friends. What stood out the most was their special Mango Festival menu inspired by bold and refreshing flavours. We started with a few mocktails that were visually stunning and very refreshing. The sushi was fresh, well-balanced, and enjoyable, while the chicken spaghetti was creamy, flavourful, and comforting without feeling too heavy. One of the highlights from the mains was the roasted chicken platter served with corn, vegetables, and creamy smashed potatoes. The chicken was juicy and nicely cooked, making it a wholesome and satisfying dish. The desserts were definitely the showstoppers of the evening. The chocolate mousse presentation with nitrogen bubbles added a dramatic touch to the table, while the mango passion dessert perfectly balanced sweet and tangy flavours, making it a perfect ending to the meal. Service was courteous, attentive, and well-paced despite the lively atmosphere. The staff was helpful with recommendations and ensured the overall experience felt smooth and enjoyable. Overall, Mercy delivers much more than just good food — it offers a complete experience with ambience, music, presentation, and flavours all coming together beautifully. Definitely a place worth visiting in Santa Cruz, especially during their Mango Festival.

MERCII honestly turned out to be so much more than just a beautiful place. The food here is genuinely amazing and every dish felt really well crafted. The prawns dish was easily one of our favourites absolutely next level and we genuinely loved the sushi too. Add great cocktails, music and such a lively ambience to that and the whole experience just felt super memorable  Also, special mention to Mr. Subhash Yadav for being so warm and helpful throughout. The way he treated and attended to us genuinely made the experience even better

I visited Mercii for my daughter's birthday celebration.. what a vibe!!! Justice done to Fusion dishes.. outstanding food. very professional & cordial staff. worth every penny.. made our day extra special. shall visit again!

For a restaurant like Mercii which calls itself a fine dine restaurant- the service was absolutely below average. I think a normal 2 star restaurant would be more accommodating and have better food than them. 10 min before arriving at the restaurant , the receptionist calls me to inform, that fhe offer I booked , is not applicable on a Sunday as they have brunch . Upon asking them why I was not informed earlier , they mentioned the details for the same are on their Zomato menu - however when I cross checked and asked them to pin point the exact page where the information was available - they said it’s probably a glitch . They then suggested I should connect with Zomato and get a refund for my booking. It was Mother’s Day , and too late to find another place to lunch at, they agreed to go ahead with À la carte so that the offer is applicable. However whwn we reached , another person told us it wasn’t possible to give me the offer . At this point we felt like an absolute JOKE. After a few discussions they agreed and when we ordered the dishes , the Orchad salad was the only dish which tasted nice. Rest were absolutely mid. My takeaway from this is going to be - please be honest with your customers, don’t take them for a fool and blurt out facts that aren’t true . Customers will cross check and counter you with questions. Very POOR experience

Worst experience at Mercii. Even after booking a table, the service was pathetic. Never seen such a scene in any other club — if you want to drink anything, you are forced to buy full bottles only. No cocktails, no mocktails, and half the menu unavailable. The manager and waiter were completely clueless. The waiter behaved like he owned the place and had zero manners or hospitality. Imagine going to the bar counter yourself just to get your drinks after booking a table. Only after the PR team intervened did things get sorted and basic service was finally allowed. The level of patience we had that night was unbelievable because their behaviour was provoking enough throughout the entire time. We were there only for 1 hour 18 minutes, and by 1 AM the place was getting shut after cops intervened. Ambience and music are good, but the management is a complete joke. Never visiting this place again.
