My order was lemon cracker cake, I received butterscotch cake, if lemon cracker was not available at least they inform me, not liked.

Interiors need improvement here. Also it is quite small and congested all the time. Only some namkeen is good here otherwise desserts aren't value for money and don't taste too good either.

Just one word TERRIBLE!! i've never tried anything from here but thought to try chicken pizza and puffs...i don't know kaunse zamane ka product they are selling, chicken was so smelly and yuck🤢😖 the person will definitely have health issues after eating that, I don't like throwing food away...but because of the worst taste i had to do the same...I won't recommend you all ever never to visit or order from here It's a request to Merwans Cake Stop ( Goregaon West) Stop playing with your customers health🙏🏾

Poor service by staff, less manpower, unhygienic, Staff doesn’t know how to handle a customer Don’t even wearing Diposable caps Handling 2 satf one customer and when a customer is asking for mangers name no or mail id saying they dont have anything manger is on leave. Saying we are only 3 people’s one is new Taking so much time for 1 Customer Not wearing company dress code. They also dont even know about FIFO… Doing argument and giving excuse to the customer instead of giving proper and good service…

This decades-old outlet must seriously improve its taste, as they seem to be falling behind current trends. I first had their pastries in Andheri West in the 90s, and it was truly an outstanding experience—far superior to other competitors at the time. Unfortunately, that image no longer holds. I recently bought patties and pastries from their Goregaon West branch, hoping to relive those memories, but it was a real disappointment. Honestly, their taste doesn’t even deserve a 1-star rating.

just now I went to goregaon outlet to have couple of pattice, but I was denied by the counter people that you can't eat here because counter is not setup yet, I said I will eat in one corner no issue, the guy wearing the specs told me you can eat outside the store, there is no sense, even if the counter is set I am going to stand in one corner and eat, which I did last time also, very bad your counter people turning down customer on very 1st day of new year PATHETIC

Pathetic taste of chicken mayonnaise roll. It was not fresh ,bread appeared to be stale. Also they are rude staff and do not provide bags even if you buy items for more than 200 rs. They just keep arguing bags are for cakes. How is the customer expected to take small Pastery items or snack items. Is it to be take in hand?. Horrible service by the outlet.

I ordered 10 chicken tandoori patties. To my surprise, the patties had bare minimum filling. The owner was unavailable, so the attendant called her, the owner refused to talk to me directly and said the filling is only this much. It felt like I was eating khari and not patties. Don't buy from this outlet at all.

I had ordered 3 pastries from here. Which when delivered came in a pathetic state. Simply melted and crushed. The staff doesn’t even know how to speak to customers and apologise for their mistake instead was putting the entire blame on the delivery guys. First learn how to do packaging
