Ordered a cake from Merwans Cake Shop recently. They have a huge variety of cakes and pastries, and the display is always tempting. The service was smooth and the packaging was good. However, the taste this time was not as great as expected. It could have been more fresh and flavourful. Considering the price, it felt a little average compared to previous experiences. Overall, decent place with lots of options, but taste could definitely improve.

We had their dutch truffle pastry. It was nice in terms of taste. The pastry had proper flavour of chocolate and sponge. They have multiple options for cake pastry. Must recommend to try and have their amazing cakess.

This has been my favourite place for cakes. My go to order has mostly been choco bliss or Dutch truffle. This place has never disappointed me.

Favourite cake stop of our family on every occasion. Prize is also reasonable. The only bad thing is they do not accept UPI Payments

Located in orlem, malad. Just opp hdfc bank. To b really frank, I didn’t find it dat good, as der were flies all around d place and also inside d counter on top of puff. The staff were hardly doing nothing for it. The few staff is good but few r really useless. They need to b really good and efficient e rough to handle d store.

It's was very bad experience at Malad West Merwans we use to go at Andheri Merwans how ever it's crowded still we have not face any problem there but today we have visited Malad West Merwans we have ordered one pastry & some chicken patties the pastry was was given in hand with ice cream spoon when we asked staff he answered very rudely I dont think thats way to treat they are customer management need to take care of such things it's spoiling brand name nothing else Front of us only 2 customer just walked out as they were not attended even when they placed the order

Horrible experience over all. Over priced online items. The packet gives lesser price. + taxes extra added during online order Not value for money at all. Received burnt items. Tastes bad. Pizzas are very very bad. Mixed veg and non veg items in my packaging even after giving clear instructions during ordering. Did not receive full order. 2 Items were missing in my order. Terribly disappointed. Will never order again. They packed all pastries squeezed Unruh one box all smashed. Very bad packaging.

I recently purchased pineapple cake from Merwans and had an extremely disappointing experience. Shortly after consuming it, me and my family members suffered from food poisoning. Unacceptable quality. Avoid it at all cost
