Cakes are so soft.. pastries are also good.. but apart from that my favourite thing is cheese paprika straws.. must give it a try.

Received a birthday cake today for my 1 month old nephew without the message even after specifically mentioning it clearly while placing the order. Not acceptable.

pls change the staff before your business goes to the dogs and the goodwill of Merwans is destroyed. I ordered for 5 chicken garlic roll and despite that they packed some other roll. this error could have avoided if they just listened to me once since I saw the lady pack the wrong order. this goof up was done with other customers as well. request you to grant those girls a leave today. they are either overworked or under paid. shows their customer service and behaviour towards customer. God Help Merwans.

I placed a home delivery for Chicken Patties, chicken Tandoori Pattie, Egg Patties, Chicken Garlic Patties and everything arrived cold. Called ghe restaurant to complain but the woman who answered sounded absolutely uninterested and said I need to check with the shop. All you had to do was take 30 Seconds to re heat the food in the oven and such careless pathetic and lazy people cant even do that. Sending cold food to the customers is absolutely not acceptable.

"Terrible experience! I ordered 2 Chicken Cheese Rolls and 1 Pepper Mayo Roll but received all 3 as Pepper Mayo. This is unacceptable—if I’m paying for a specific order, I expect to receive it correctly. Clearly, no attention is given to accuracy. Will think twice before ordering again!"

Cake was smudged and the box was intact the owner conveniently put the blame on the delivery boy of zomato where the cake was distorted due the negligence of Merwans and moreover the owner spoke rudely and took no responsibility with respect to the same.

Worst service and worst experience with bulk orders. Plz donot place any bulk orders to them. They are incapable of doing that much work. Store has no manager overall management is worst and irresponsible staff.
