Merwans Cakes are super delicious and you get lots of choices. Every morning fresh cakes come at their shop which get over in no time. You also get puffs, rolls, pizzas, bread, mava cake & much more. The best cake shop at Santacruz East.

My family has been loyal customers of Merwans Andheri West since 42 years. However disappointed with Merwans this time. Brought Birthday Cake - Caramel Custard, Eggless on 5th Oct. Found a long thick thread inside the cake. Kids also ate this cake. This has surely raised Hygiene and Quality Concerns about the branch. And no, the thread was not at the top of the cake but somewhere inside. So Disappointed

Very bad packaging. The girl at the counter stuffed rolls into a small packet. She refused to put butter paper between each roll. It was very messy when we opened the packets at home.

Very disappointing experience at the Merwans Santacruz East outlet. The staff was extremely rude and argumentative, and the owner herself showed a complete lack of customer service skills. I purchased a box of oat cookies worth ₹200, which turned out to be clearly stale. When I brought this to their attention, the store flatly refused to replace the product or issue a refund. Instead of acknowledging the issue, the owner was dismissive and unhelpful, and no effort was made to resolve the complaint. Selling stale products under a reputed brand name and then refusing accountability is unacceptable. Merwans should seriously review this outlet, as it damages the brand’s reputation. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise customers to be cautious while purchasing from the Santacruz East store.

This evening when I entered the store it was chaotic. The place felt so stuffy. The staff at the counter where struggling to manage. The one supervising the place was giving them instructions while being seated from the other side and rather yelling at them. Which made it difficult for them to even hear my order. When I got home the cheese chicken rolls were stale and smelling sour. It’s the worst merwan’s outlet I have visited. This experience has definitely made me realize I don’t want to visit any other branches in future.

I had purchased some stuff...on payment, their card machine was not working , I gave them cash they never had change to return...they deny said no change.. I fail to understand being a busy outlet and in the evening don't have change to give.. they will loose customers if they continue like this.....

stale chicken bun was sent to us, it was as hard as stone and burnt, spoilt, might be kept since weeks. almost smelled like a dead mouse. yuck. never order from this outlet
