**Veg Patties,Calzone Veg Roll,Veg Mexican Roll all were mentioned as 2 pieces each....ONLY 1 piece Received. Do not mention 2 if you can't provide it....we could have ordered more....it was a let down....STOP THIS Cheating....Check your Zomato Menu yourself sometimes... $ Eggless Decadent Chocolate Mousse Cake was good not so sweet. Veg Pizza was Good enough.

I ordered a blueberry cheesecake. What they gave me was not a blueberry cheesecake. It's like these people have no idea what cheesecake is. The only saving grace was that it at least tasted alright. But they could have done so, so much better or they should have refused to make this if they didn't know how to do it.

we ordered a 2kg cake for my son s birthday .....on the day of the celebration , when we went to collect the cake at 11 40am ( the celebration was at 12noon.) ...they tell us the delivery has not come from their workshop ....inspite of them having all my details, phone no ...they didn't bother to call to tell there is in issue ....we were left without a cake with a refund in hand . ...had to scramble around to arrange for a 2kg cake for 20+ ppl.....had we been informed before , we could have taken action well in advance ...very unprofessional.....and care a,Damn attitude of the staff.....never again ll I order anything for this outlet....terrible service.

Merwan Cakes leaves a bitter taste in mouth!! Absolutely pathetic customer service. Poor hygiene at shop with no one in control. Birthday candles were not there giving last minute jitters. And no small boxes available. On top of it no home delivery and not even courtesy to open the door for someone who is carrying 5 kg cake. Don’t go by names. Being 44 year old shop is more of a baggage and feeling proud of!! There are far more better, efficient and courteous options available, waiting to serve you better. And yes, cake is just average, to be generous to them.

while I went to collect my bulk order of chicken tandoori pattice I found a cockroach running around the basket it was placed in. I really doubt the hygiene of this place. The staff is also rude and she responded that it was some red Thai pattice which they actually never had in their menu..when I called the owner to complain the call was also not received.

They are very rude and do not communicate well. I like the bread here, but I don't want to use it again because the staff's service is so poor. It's really disappointing.

very rude and unprofessional behaviour. the worst merwan franchise!! the company should take back the name from this shop!! they are spoiling the name of merwans!!
