Authentic-style Italian menu with well-liked pizzas, pastas, paninis, and desserts. Pleasant ambience that's suitable for casual meals, dates, and small gatherings. Tiramisu and pizzas are among the dishes most frequently praised. And service was good

We visited this outlet for lunch earlier this week. While the food was decent, our overall experience was completely overshadowed by a very disturbing incident. A large mouse was roaming around our table and then quickly climbed onto the liquor bottles displayed nearby. It was extremely unpleasant and unhygienic, leaving all of us uncomfortable. We somehow managed to finish our meal, but the experience had already ruined it. What was even more disappointing was the staff’s response when we brought it to their attention. Instead of showing concern or apologizing, they seemed quite casual about it and simply said that they “take the necessary steps” but “can’t really do anything about it.” That response was shocking and reflected a lack of accountability. While I understand that pest control measures may be in place, the presence of a mouse in the dining area points to a serious hygiene issue that could potentially compromise food safety and customers’ health.

The staff member, Ganesh, needs to improve guest engagement by greeting customers politely and communicating in a professional, respectful manner. During my visit with my toddler, I was informed that I had booked a table for two, which we accepted without any objection. However, shortly afterward, another couple was seated at a table for three. This inconsistency was difficult to understand, especially when we were accompanied by a young child. Such experiences reflect poorly on the standards of hospitality and customer service. I recommend that Ganesh receive coaching on guest handling, communication, and hospitality etiquette to ensure all guests are treated fairly, consistently, and with respect.

A hair was spotted in the tomato salad after the dish was half eaten It was brought to the notice of the waiter As the manager was not around He accepted the hair in the salad, but with just an apology Tomato was just removed and dish was returned Same was conveyed to the manager when he came But no response from him too Neither the dish was replaced nor the final bill exclude the item This was not expected from this level of Italian restaurant Otherwise ambience was really good and rest of the food too

Rat jumped on us! Less staff . Nothing was available. We asked for flavours n stuff not available one finished midway. The regulars on the menu tasted outdated.! Never again . Didn’t even do anything about the rat situation they just let us be !
