301st restaurant to be rated a complete 5on5 by me. Millo is located in Kamala Mills, Lower Parel and is easy to find. The restaurant has beautifully designed modern interiors with seating spread across the ground and first floor. The plants placed throughout the space add a refreshing touch, making the ambience feel warm and inviting. It also has comfortable seating options for all sizes of groups. The menu serves a wide variety of multi-cuisine dishes and is completely vegetarian. Even non-vegetarians will find plenty of unique options to enjoy. The prices are reasonable and the quantity served is satisfying. Went here for dinner and the kitchen service was on time. The table service by Staff Melody was excellent throughout the meal, while Manager Afsar made us feel welcome with his warm hospitality. Despite being a vegetarian-only restaurant, every dish was unique, flavourful and satisfying. It is definitely a place worth visiting and highly recommended.

While the staff and service is great, the place is obnoxiously loud especially if you end up sitting on the first floor on a Sunday afternoon. The food was decent - we had a water chestnut starter which I probably wouldn’t order again, the avocado chat was decent, spanakopita was really nice and the North Indian food was also damn nice. Chocolate fudge was the highlight!

The food was delicious and well-prepared, which made our dining experience enjoyable initially. However, the service was disappointing. We had cancelled a soup order, yet it was still added to the bill. When we pointed this out, the management argued repeatedly instead of resolving the issue professionally and calling customer liar.Good food alone cannot make up for poor customer service and an unwillingness to address customer concerns. I hope the restaurant improves its service standards and handling of billing disputes.
