Very disappointing experience. There were too many staff members on the floor, yet no one seemed able to manage the service properly. It was complete chaos from start to finish, with our three orders being handled by three different captains, causing confusion throughout. The most unacceptable part was that we clearly ordered complete Jain food, but were served non-Jain food instead. This kind of mistake is serious and shows a lack of coordination and attention to customer requirements. Extremely poor management and service. Would not recommend until they improve their operations and respect customer dietary requests.
