Disappointing experience at Mini Punjab – twice! I’ve visited this place twice now, and both times the service was extremely slow – probably the slowest I’ve ever experienced at any restaurant. Despite having a large number of staff members around, most of them were just wandering aimlessly, staring at customers rather than actually serving them. It was quite uncomfortable. On my first visit, the food was decent, but unfortunately, this time it was a complete letdown. We ordered a chicken main course, and it was completely undercooked – chewy and rubbery like gum. The overall flavor was also very bland, which was surprising coming from a place known for Punjabi cuisine. With such poor service and deteriorating food quality, I don’t think I’ll be returning or recommending this place to anyone.

Went to celebrate my Dad’s birthday and I would say that it is the worst restaurant I have ever visited. A roadside street food would be much better than the food we were served here. Mutton brain masala - Frozen and not cooked properly. Chicken gravy - chicken was legit stinking. It was stale. Felt like it was sitting in the kitchen for ages. Despite telling the manager of the restaurant that the chicken was stinking, he dint agree and was firm on his decision that the chicken is fresh. After the argument, the manager directly got the bill instead of apologising to us or fixing the dishes we ordered. Pathetic service by the staff. Rude and arrogant behaviour of the manager. Wish I could give ratings in Minus. I would suggest people to go to Sai Palace which has better food quality and taste.

Pathetic service and unhygienic place. We waited for 15 mins after we arrived just for waiters to approach for order n serve water but none came and we had to complain to manager Mosquitoes are all around and restaurant is supposed to be fully air conditioned but the place where we got table did not had AC flow there. When we complained abt it then the host smiled at us n looked around n agreed that our table din had ac flow. Worst experience ever.

The instructions were not followed and it is very disappointing when restaurant who is known for good quality does like this😔 The food was so spicy causing acidity that even taking medicine is not helping at the moment.You need to be more careful when you take orders it can make someone suffer.

Horrible Food.. Uncooked Fish.. Manager Afzal and Heera were not responsible and after multiple follow up refuse to accept mistake. Intact Afzal was not admitting the poor qualify food delivered and saying it looks perfect.. Extremely unsatisfied

The food was good , the place is super unhygienic , the staff is lost and not attentive, we came across a lizard on the table while eating which landed on my hand , kindly avoid eating in such unhygienic places

pathetic food it was too spicy and they cannot follow simply instructions I had informed no capsicum yet they sent it with loads of capsicum
