Guys, please don't fall for the Instagram reels and end up at this place like I did. I truly regret wasting my time and money here. The ice cream is absolutely tasteless it just feels like eating plain, old ice. None of the toppings shown in their reels (like boba or jelly) were actually available. To make things worse, I found hair in my salted caramel ice cream, which says everything about their hygiene standards. The staff weren't wearing gloves or hair caps. When I pointed out the hair, they casually replied, "Baal hai, ghirte rehta hai." Excuse me, but that's not acceptable, no one comes to eat someone else's hair. If you care about hygiene and your family's health, please avoid this place. The ice cream tastes horrible, and staff's behavior and hygiene are just pathetic.
