Right from entry to exit it was an unpleasant experience. There was rudeness written all over . The AC is not effective, the place is extremely loud even for a pub club and there hardly any one to wait on you .

Visited Mitron for the Friday night vibe. Worst DJ, extreme rude as well. Service was fast. Food was below average. Did not enjoy visiting Mitron. Would highly recommend Thane Mitron.

I dined with my friends on 09.02.2026. Forgot to collect the invoice at the time of payment. Have been following up for a week now, and am being told that the bill has been lost. Seriously? A computer generated invoice that has collected GST has been lost? What kind of compliance is followed then? Have been very patient about this, but I feel this needs to be highlighted on the right platform now. Have shared the proof of payment as well with the concerned employee, to guarantee that I am not trying to get a fake invoice. But no breakthrough whatsoever.

The service was bad.. we waited for 15 minutes for just water and even had to ask for it.. they didn't have many of the drinks.. the food was also quite disappointing.. the taste and quantity both.. the music is wayy too loud to even hear the person sitting beside me.. the prices are crazy high for such a bad service food and ambience
