I would like to give a negative five star, but no option hence given one star. This restaurant looks like,"Great cry and little wool" and cannot recommend /suggest this restaurant to anyone because of below reasons. 1. This is not a hygienic place as insects are flying over the food. 2. The food was cold and tasted bad. 3. The staff's behaviour is not food, and they are arguing. 4. They need to learn much more about how to serve the food instead of throwing the food onto the plates. 5. Service is very slow and pathetic.

Ordered paneer biryani and chinese bhel via zomato Paneer biryani and chinese bhel were literally pathetic. Chinese bhel was literally gross, same goes with the paneer biryani. Paneer biryani's taste was so bad that it didn't even taste like biryani. Looks like the cook has no idea what they are cooking. The quality of the modern cafe has clearly degraded. Don't know why they opened a new outlet in the West. The experience of my last three orders was also bad.

From the AC Room, the waiters and his senior are in a rush to throw the customers even before we finish our food. It was not only our table but also others, where in waiters or the service guy perso are placing the billl and gpay machine, chasing to make us the payment , while we are eating. Never ever expected such change in Service from Modern Cafe Team. Modern Cafe East Team are way more humble and polite, but the west staff is Horrible!

worst khada pavbhaji received totally uncooked big size pieces of potatoes, cauliflower,kachha matar nobody liked it waste of money time taste bahot bura taste tha third class
