I rarely write reviews, but this experience at Moea, Fort genuinely left me upset. I had booked a table for two well in advance and even paid the cover charges, thinking everything was sorted and we could just walk in and enjoy our evening. Instead, we were made to wait for nearly 30 minutes for a seat change. We kept hoping the staff would sort it out because when you plan an outing, you’re excited, dressed up, and looking forward to a good time. But after all that waiting, we were simply told that everything was booked. It honestly felt very disheartening. Anyone whether going out with friends, family, or a special someone would understand how disappointing it is when your confirmed booking isn’t respected. It’s not just about the seat, it’s about the experience and the way customers are treated. If bookings and advance payments are being taken, they should be honored properly. Really hope the management improves their coordination so others don’t have to go through what we did.
