Bandra's famous bar just got revamped with a whole new look and a brand new cocktail & food menu - The New Monkey Bar!!! We visited them over a weekend for lunch, offering a lovely Alfresco dining area to cool down AC indoor section with multiple bar counters. Coming to the Cocktail menu, it boasts of the classic cocktails along with house specials! We tried the below : - Espresso Martini - Golder Hour - Saat Rasta 2.0 All 3 cocktails were made to perfection, but do make note that Saat Rasta 2.0 is extremely potent, and a single served will get you buzzing! Coming to the Food Menu, they offer a lot from Flat Bread to Gourmet Burgers to Pizza to Wholesome meals! We tried the below : - Avocado Toast was perfect, freshly prepared Avocado paste on Sourdough Toast topped with feta cheese! - Fish Chips Dips came with 3 dips and fries, perfect accompaniments for the cocktails. - Jerk Chicken Tikka flatbread loaded with cheese & jerk spiced chicken peices on a flatbread. - The Big Catch was 2 slices of grilled tilapia fish served along with mash & veggies in the side. Ended with an intricate Tres Leches Cake topped with exotic fruits such as poached pear, almonds Crumble, and strawberry align with a scoop of Cinnamon Ice cream! Overall, it is a perfect place with good food, good music, good service, and good vibes! We will definitely be back for more!

Celebrated Monkey Bar, Bandra’s 1-year anniversary and had an amazing time! The new food and drinks menu is incredible ..tried Simply Sour, Tropical, Picante, Down & Dirty, Sakura Sakura, plus sushi rolls, Gongura Chicken Satay, Dan Dan Noodles, and Chocolate Bourbon Molten Cake. The weekly events with the HYLO Team make it even more fun. Great food, drinks, and vibes ..highly recommended!

went for Sunday lunch ambience good,music was nice,food was very good. highly recommend chapli kebab,nachos, and chicken popcorn , definately share with friends

Monkey bar is completely revamped and we loved the vibe and decor here. We ordered a barley salad which was a total let down. Dry, flavourless, underseasoned. Need to work on it. However, the baked Brie with crackers, Smokey kebabs and the tandoori broccoli were good. The virgin sangria was a let down. A good place to chill and party.

We went for lunch today. The ambiance, music was good but the food was disappointing. We ordered 1) nachos, which were literally Dorito served along toppings but still eatable. 2) harisa chicken pizza, which was tasteless and disappointing. We could barely eat it 3) Burrito bowl was highly disappointing even with so many toppings provided along with the rice it was bland and tasteless. literally left 3/4 of the bowl.

U had been here around 2013 or 2014 and I loved the ambience and the food but today when I visited to relive the memories, I was in for a surprise but not a pleasant one… With hair in the Noodle that I ordered to Pink chicken… I do appreciate the chef coming out to explain but how do you explain the excess salt in the rosemary broccoli which was otherwise fantastic. I just hope they find their footing soon

Monkey Bar has a great vibe, but the service really let us down today. We were a group of six, already seated with our drinks, when Anwar asked us to move from a table that had no reservation sign and no prior mention of one. When we tried to clarify, he interrupted and ended it with, “Give a review if you want.” Not the attitude you expect from a place like this. Hope the management addresses it.

Worst food experience, it was like wannabe fusion. No taste, dip that was spread on that indian taco was also the dip on side Cottage cheese was fried Not worthy going to this place for lunch

even when the full bar is empty...they talk rudely about reservation and all. the gate keepers expect the customers to greet them, instead of greeting customers
