Authentic Maharashtrian Vegetarian food offerings. We ordered Misal Pav which was rightly upto the mark. The spiciness & the taste was just too good. Another favourites are Batata Wada, Kothambir Wadi, Sabudana Wada, Thalipeeth, Fasting Items like Pattice, drinks like Piyush, Lassi, Kokam Sharbat. Mostly all the Maharashtraian items are exactly the way it should be. Surely 5 star ratings !

One of the best and iconic vada pav places in Mumbai at Lalbaug. It is an authentic Maharashtrian place for food. Almost every food dish on the menu is amazing. The nearest railway station is Curry road and Chinchpolli. You can try Vada pav Rs. 30 - 5/5 Kothimbir Vadi 4/5 Alu vadi 4.5/5 Sabudana vada 3.5/5 Misal 4/5 Thali pith 5/5 Piyush 4.5/5 They have expanded the dining area.

This place is one of the oldest and famous food joint which is known for its Authentic Maharashtrian food. They also serve South Indian dishes. Now they have started serving pizza, burgers, sandwiches, etc too. We tried their - 1. Thalipith (served with makhan) 2. Kothambir Wadi 3. Missal Pav 4. Batata Vada 5. Piyush 6. Lassi 7. Kokam Juice We had a great experience. Not a single dish we ordered disappointed us. Their batata Vada is definitely to be tried. We visited this place for breakfast and had to wait 15 minutes, so do take some spare time with you.

Excellent Maharashtrian snacks! The thaalipeeth served with a chutney made of pickle and curd was a sure shot winner. The misal pav and puran poli were great too, but the kothimir wadi was a letdown. Ordered a lemon and kokum juice along, the bill totalled to ₹400. All in all, an excellent place worth visiting no doubt. Service is speedy, despite the fact that it does get crowded.

very bad restaurant as we order something and they gives something else. today I ordered pavbhaji with other items and they forgot to send pavbhaji.inspite of I was so hungry I got very angry.once I order their famous vadapav and they packed only chutney in parcel no vadapav. such useless and malfunctioning restaurant. very bad experience with the service. and when we complain them about these. they roundly speaks.

Wrong ordered delivered they do not know difference between methi and motichoor and then zero co operation for thier mistake why they give that kind of poor quality service totally disappointed 👎👎👎👎👎

From the last 4-5 times the taste of their jain vada pav is deteriorating every single time & this time the whole of vada was raw with raw batter coming in the mouth & also some pungent smell.highly disappointed

Taste quality is deteriorating. samosa is tasteless.coconut chutney is sour.may be remaining yesterday.a good monitoring manager is required.owner has to take care personally

i ordered vada pav and burger, both were received after long wait rotten chutney may be from yesterday and cold batata wada burger was also not upto the mark.
