I had visited this outlet a few days back. Like any other outlet this one too is upto the mark. They have very well displayed their food products. Everything here is fresh and delicious and I love that they have a lot of variety in everything, be it sweets savouries or anything else. The best part about this place is their staff. Their staff is really very courteous and they suggest what's best. I personally love visiting this place as there is so much of variety in their food so selecting and buying becomes more enjoyable. They also take care of the necessary Safety precautions. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

Sharing my experience from yesterday. I asked for sugar free mithai. The person on the counter gave me "Nut Caramel Sandwich" saying that it is less sweet. I did not taste it and trusted the guy since I was running late to reach some where. When I actually ate it, it had lots of sugar, lots of food color too. The almond on the top used as garnish was colored red with Sindhoor we use in tilak. I kept the almond under running water and there was so much color coming off it! Why is so much color, which is not even food color, being used in sweets? Also, is this how you advice a customer when they ask for help? Another item bought from the store "Karela chips". Farsaan is supposed to be tangy and not bhoot jholakia level spicy! Too much black pepper and red chilly power has been used. I will recommend not to buy it since eating even one piece has led to throat and stomach ache in the family. Murlidhar should take a note of all this and improve accordingly.

Plz Dnt buy from here, there are mny good options they act very pricey, and show attitude, staff is very rude n arrogant, when we complain to the mngr he says we talk like that onli Besides selling very costly they give expire items in bulk orders… one incident happened with my neighbour I hve attached photos ….plz share as much as possible … #boycottMurlidhar

Unprofessional staff, absence of management(crowd & staff).Gujarati customers prioritised.Staff is Bihari with an attitude like PM of India.Better options available nearby or order online rather than visiting the shop.Unless you wanna spoil your day/mood.

4 Products ordered Rasmalai Packaging was completely damaged so as basundi Due to this samosa package also damaged it's MFG date erased and package is like rat has destroyed it , in short very bad and harmful experience

Basundi did not taste like Basundi. It was plain milk with sugar, kesar strands, grated pista and elaichi. It was very watery. A total disaster.
