A good mughlai cuisined restaurant located near the phoenix market City mall, often bustling with busy crowd. Prices are nominal and the food is great. The staffs are very cooperative.

I had huge expectations from this place as it is very popular in the city. We were here on a Monday night and we ordered chicken crispy which was pretty good and was value for money For the mains we were recommended to try Murgh Musallam which was basically chicken kheema which some chicken pieces and a boiled egg and we ordered some butter garlic naans To be honest I didn't like the Murgh Musallam, it lacked the spiciness and taste I was looking for and the breads which we ordered wasn't great too

located on lbs road this placeis popular And well known for good chicken but I felt their food was quite average. I ordered chicken tandoori and chicken crispy which was oily and taste wise ok types. chicken dum biryani was a bit extra spicy. place not up to expectations I would say

I ordered Chicken Lazeez and roti. Though the chicken tasted very good, roti was of maida and was not properly baked. When I confronted the staff, all started giving diplomatic answers. They don't want to listen to anything negative

i had heard a lot about this place but was utterly disappointed with the food quality. staff was rude and service too slow. tried their chicken tandoori. the taste was not up to the mark. chciken pieces less too. dissatisfied with the experience. not worth the money .

I had a very disappointing experience⚠️ at Naaz Hotel❌️. On an earlier visit, I had found a hair in the food❗️the staff apologized, and I chose not to take any action, understanding that mistakes can happen. However, during my recent visit with my mom, we again found a hair in the butter garlic naan, making this the second‼️ time such an issue occurred. I raised the concern, but the only response offered was a 10% discount and a dessert, which I declined and paid the full bill. There was no genuine effort to properly resolve the issue or reassure us. While one mistake can be considered human error, repeated incidents raise serious concerns about hygiene standards. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving food safety and quality.

today we visited naaz and ordered butter chicken the taste was pathetic it was raw kaccha masala literally we asked them to taste themselves they taste it and said yes it's their fault 😭 we paid the whole amount but left the food without eating as we were in office lunch break !! kindly do not visit this place 🙏

Naaz has compromised on food taste... quantity is good but quality of food is bad... chicken crispy and chicken Tandoori were signature dishes of Naaz, now the taste is not good, expensive and not worth eating... Tandoori had masala, as if only roasted...
