We visited this restaurant which is running since 1942! Here’s what all we tried- Paneer Greek, served in a pan, that has panner marinated in a sauce, kinda tasted like pizza sauce, it is creamy and it tasted really good. Paneer Irani Tikka, the iconic Irani Tikka, served with green chutney, tastes yum! Chicken Mozro Seekh, pair of huge seekh kebabs, if you love seekh kebab you gotta try them out. Veg Crispy Honey, good portion size, and tastes great. Chicken Patra Kebab, this is something unique here, it had a chicken coating and chicken inside it too garnished with cheese. It feels like creamy chicken, definitely a must try here. Zaatar paratha with chicken lara, zaatar parataha is something I tried for the first time and it was soo good when paired with chicken lara Garlic naan with paneer lajawab, delicious gravy based soft paneer sabzi served with butter garlic naan! A damn good combo Paneer pulao, flavourful pulao with paneer, peas and cashew nuts as toppings Everything was delicious and we got to try some unique dishes too! They have huge dining area with private dining available upstairs too.

Serving delicacies since 1942 having variety of Mughlai and Chinese dishes. Had our dawat with a beautiful royal ambiance. The upper floor is designed for huge parties and events. They also accept wedding and birthday party orders. The food served is totally worth it and a must try place 😍 We had :- Abbro kebab Chicken cheesy roast (heaven for cheese and chicken lovers 🤤) Greek kebab Pesto prawns Mutton turki chaap (felt a bit uncooked) Chicken Dum Biryani (tastiest Biryani this restaurant traditionally used to serve) Ended the night with some gulabjamun custard and mango pudding 😋

Hello guys I haven been to this place and wow what an amazing ambience super cool.. friendly environment, good quality of food , service is too fast , reasonable prices , expanded menu ..worth visiting with friends and family ... My recommendation uploaded pictures.. Must try those dishes.. Biryani was too good... Had really good experienced with national restaurant..

A great in class experience I had here at National restaurant Located at taloja.Service the service is very good and the food is super super super super tasty Vada class ambience with a fancy menu.Overall a must visit place for party and family grand dinner or lunch.best resturant in Taloja

It’s a must go place !!!! Don’t give a second thought if you have decided or shortlisted Recommend- Chicken Greek, Chicken Turkish and Prawns And as this restaurant if know for its Briyani so it’s a must to have …….

One of the best places in Navi Mumbai for dinning out with family. The ambience,the hygiene, the food quality and the food quantity is commendable. If you are a biryani lover, this place is a must visit.

National Restaurant With iconic biryani, the restaurant has evolved from 1942 with taste growing better and better. As seen in the movie WAQT 1965 where we have shared a glimpse of a restaurant during that age that our grandparents will best relate to. Quite often we visited the restaurant just for biryani whenever passing by NH48 (Mumbai-Pune ). With renovations, the restaurant now has a plush interior with beautiful selfie points, a Huge dastarkhwan, a cozy waiting couch, and comfortable seating for dining. Old taloja famous biryani hotel has got a makeover and now has a duplex fine dine restaurant at the same place. But I didn't like the biryani anymore I guess the cooks have obviously changed and they have forgotten about the original recipe. Also the starter basil chicken wasn't much great. The staff appears bored and service is too slow. Our stop on the highway expecting old memories and nostalgia of this place fizzled out soon. Thankfully the famous aflatoon shop across the road didn't disappoint
