I love the way customers are welcomed here. The staff is very friendly. Also the icecream served here is very pocket friendly. The waffle is freshly prepared and crunchy thats y it tastes yummy❤️ it is located at a proper place where people can Easily travel n buy icecream whenever they wish. Its beside many cafes n restaurants soo it is everyone's favourite desert place which is affordable to everyone.

Lovely natural-tasting ice creams. Could taste the natural flavours of the ice cream - favourites were Chikoo and Sitafal. The place was very clean, the staff observed good hygeine. We went several times and the staff were always very friendly and offered us to try a wide variety of flavours.

In summer time ice-cream is a must place to visit, but naturals is almost a place very we are ready to go on one call. Mine all time favorite is chocochip choco bite. Coz it is filled with chocochip. But seasonal fruit ice-cream is mostly tried here.❤👍🏻

No one can ever get over ice creams and to be more specific natural's ice cream. They never fail to be a proper dessert treat The interiors is very good. And the staff is also good. So many wow flavors to choose from. Sitaphal is highly recommended.

Had this amazing icecreme recently from this outlet and it's a must visit. You'll love it and enjoy it like anything. Ice cremes are favourite thing and recommended to all. Staffs are very friendly and coperative. Space is also sufficient for everybody to sit.💗

We had ordered ice creams for some guests and when 45 minutes crossed I called them that time Akshita manager from vile Parle branch told only 2 flavour mango and choco are available..While placing the order you guys should write it's out of stock right?? why waster customers precious time and put them in embarrassing situation in front of their guest?? Very Disappointed with Naturals. Never expected this.
