I recently stopped by Naturals Now in Andheri, and I have to say, I had a blast! I tried their Tadgola Ice Cream, and it was so refreshing. The flavor was light, sweet, and perfectly balanced—ideal for a hot day. The shop had a really cozy vibe, and I was impressed by the wide variety of flavors and sundaes on the menu. From the creamy Tender Coconut to indulgent options like Mud Pie and Tiramisu, there’s something for everyone. I also had the Tadgola Energy Sundae, which was a real treat—great portion size and deliciously satisfying. If you’re in the area, Naturals Now is definitely worth a visit for an awesome ice cream fix!

This is the first Naturals outlet in Juhu and serves not only their speciality scoops of natural ice cream flavours but also sundaes and milkshakes. Today we tried:- Caremark crunch 5⭐️ No sugar Mango 5⭐️ Raspberry chocolate 5⭐️ Sitaphal 5⭐️ Tiramisu 5 ⭐️ All the flavour was sweet and indulging in our mouths. I highly recommend coming with friends and family and enjoying the dessert time. I would rate my experience 5/5.

Firstly, the seating arrangement was not good. Why there was separate take away & another waiting line to eat in the outlet? Confusion and waste of time. Secondly, it was not tadgola ice creme, it was just tadgola pieces cut and put on the basic ice creme costing 210/- Thirdly, ice creme was already melted and not frozen which made the overall experience not worth.

I had ordered online I waited for more than one hour for Tadgola Ice Cream My Ordered got cancelled once by the Restaurant and then I had to cancel it myself after getting frustrated because of the Long wait …. If we order the same ice cream when we are at the restaurant for Dine in or Take Away we get the order in Ten Minutes but it is confirmed this is some type of Tactic to get small orders cancelled. Very Petty Move By Naturals Now . delivery partner was waiting at the restaurant to get the take away but I had to cancel the order after getting frustrated. It was for My Daughter we are regulars at Natural Now but why would Naturals Now care as its a Popular Joint and More than customers they concerned about Petty Tactics .

For first-time visitors, I highly recommend trying their signature sitafal (custard apple) ice cream—it’s truly one of their finest offerings and an absolute must-try. Another standout flavor was their piña colada, which, unfortunately, appears to be discontinued. I urge the team to bring this exceptional flavor back to their stores—it deserves a spot on the menu!

Have been eating here for more than 2 decades. Quality of ice creams have gone pathetically bad. They are no longer frozen. Seems like eating half made ice cream which is neither a milk shake nor ice cream. This place is becoming increasing bad over last 1.5 years. Would never return to this place henceforth.

This place is extremely overpriced just for a cafe kinda experience. The whole place smells of milk in a very bad way. All the other naturals outlets never smell this bad. The hygiene and the portions for the price are not worth the money at all.

staff took half n hour to deliver when the place was completely empty...they were nt diligent.. staff back answering....n did nt value the customer
