They force you to pay service charge when you make an advance booking through 3rd party apps.This is contradictory to what is printed on bill(service charge voluntarily payable) So you pay service charge of 10% + vat + gst on your bill unnecessarily

they have charged service tax and refuse to pay back. The staff was not cooperative and the manager's rude behaviour spoiled our mood hence we left.
