Best veg restaurant in Navi Mumbai I must say. They have best pav bhaji and South Indian dishes. Their service is very fast compared to how busy this place is! I also had their Chole Bhatura and I loved it!!!

Visited this place after a long time as wanted to have veg food. Ordered Veg Kolhapuri, Roti and Hyderabadi Biryani. The Veg Kolhapuri was a bit bland. The Hyderabadi Biryani was a bit too spicy but was very good in taste. The service was very quick and the staff were also helpful. It is a nice place to visit if you want to have nice veg food

Good food... but nothing else. seems management cuts corners everywhere they can. The home delivery is worse, they send tea and sambhar /chutneys in crude plastic bags, tied up, reminiscent of orphanages and other underprivilegeds' institutions. Please take a look at how Chayos and other more modern management deliver. Very, very shabby and cheapo option from a restaurant calling itself 'upscale'. will not order/ visit again. thank you. 🙏🏿

well, the heydays of navratna are behind us. not only has the food suffered, but the service has become complacent and even haughty at times. Legacy aside, there are much better restaurants in vashi and Navi mumbai.

This was an epic eatery, synonymous to Vashi, almost since it's inception...Naturally there's a lot of nostalgia associated with it! Riding the same emotion this weekend visited them with family after a long time and I wish, I wouldn't have gone! All my pleasant memories shattered like anything...while it is still remain a very popular joint but quality and services in all respect has deteriorated like anything....worst part is the argumentive attitude of Management who were very rude to accept any constructive feedback from it's old and loyal customers! It takes time to build reputation but doesn't take much time to ruin it, if the commitment is not maintained...and it's true for every sphere of life!!

I had asked for Dahi Wada and the Dahi Wada served was stale it was smelling and because of Wada the dahi also got a weird taste. On telling the same to hotel staff instead of apologising he started arguing saying the Wada was kept in water for longer and there was no issue with it. Surprised that Navratna who used to be known for quality of food has gone worse Poor quality of service and rude staff is what you can expect now

Horrible thali ever had. The gulab jamun served was so hard and veg kolhapuri was very sweet. In puri bhaji, bhaji had stapler pin. Only idli sambhar is very good here.

over rated....over hyped ...waste of money. literally feeding PPL stale and filthy food. Not worth a single penny. disgusted by thier food. Waste of money.

on 4th Oct ,i ordered Veg fried rice, there is no taste to rice, only beans and spring onions added. worst quality from Navratna ,Vashi. bad experience
