Long time ago nisarg used to be a typical place to chill out with your family or friends and a very nice place to hangout too. Dont know what has happened to this place but the quality is not what i expect. Visited this outlet couple of times in past one year but their level has dropped. Suggestion for the management is to improve their quality asa well as bring some good old times back.

Had Dal Khichdi and Mushroom Babycorn Tandoori. Both dishes were decent. Prices are reasonable. Though the name suggests its a Family Restaurant and Bar, it is not a place where you can take your family. The AC section has ok ambience but the non AC section is avoidable.

Very disappointing experience overall. The food quality was poor, and the service was extremely slow. We had to wait a long time for our order even though the restaurant was not very crowded. To make things worse, there were a few customers nearby speaking loudly and using abusive language, which completely spoiled the family atmosphere. Despite all this, we were still trying to enjoy our dinner when I found an insect in the roti that was served to us. It was absolutely disgusting and very disturbing. Although the staff replaced it after I complained, the incident made me question the hygiene standards of the entire restaurant. It made me feel unsafe about the food we had already eaten. Overall, it was a terrible and unhygienic experience. Definitely not a place I would ever visit again or recommend to others.
