Navratri thali wayyy too good… and of course virgin mojito hreat as usual.. this place has good music and mostly available seating.. and parking! Great experience!!

The food is decent. They have a huge variety, and unusually don’t mess up with the regular stuff. Breakfast sets are great as usual too. But the service leaves a lot to be desired. They’re slow and inefficient, which takes away from the experience. The ambience is also dingy, air conditioning insufficient and seating uncomfortable!

I went on a weekday afternoon. I understand that business is slow then but the place had 4 tables occupied including mine and even then the pace of service was so slow. staff felt very unorganised and the person who picked up my plates after I was done decided to stack them on the table and then leave them to attend to something else (they were left there stacked in front of me) and then came back after 5-7 minutes. Very shoddy experience I didn't expect from Social. It's unsurprising in hindsight that both Starbucks and PizzaExpress next door had a decent crowd because the service here is deathly slow. I imagine office regulars here must be knowing this.

We were there on an afternoon when the staff (I think there must have been 3-4 of them, including the bartender) was serving like 3-4 tables and yet, we had to call them out, multiple times, before, we could get them to notice.

What a pathetic experience !! After 50 mins the order was served and that too with the main course first😡😡 The Manager was seated just behind us but least bothered!! We were asking about the starter but no response, Too our surprise they themselves cancelled it...god knows why!! New Cuffeparade Socials u really have to look into it!!...Worst service 😔 😔
