We had gone for the 19 th December 2019 August kranti Maidan protests While on the return we were very tired and exhausted and had no water or whatsoever while reaching near this restaurant the owner was asking the crowd to have a free tea and cold drinking water. The free tea was amazing in taste and the gesture was applauded Hatss offf to new heros. 👍👍👍

Nice place located at Nana chowk, Grant road east serves North Indian, Chinese and mughlai food. I ordered chicken chatpata it was well presented and its taste was good. Service was good neat and clean place.

New Heros is like a hidden gem. I say this becos of its location below the Grant Road skywalk. I visit New Heros regularly for their Mughlai Cuisine. The butter chicken, chicken handi, chicken bhuna tawa and chicken leg masala are my goto dishes. The biryani is good but i have surely eaten better. The ambience is good and the staff courteous. At New Heros mughlai cuisine is Hero No.1

I absolutely love their Chicken Banjara Kebabs! It is their speciality and a must try item. This place is perfect for trying Starters and Rice items. I don't like the gravy here. Also they have recently started newly renovated AC section which gives an amazing dining experience.

I had ordered chicken fried rice two times on two different days , but i received egg fried rice on both the days, the fried rice was made by using only egg , not even a single piece of chicken was visible in both the cases, very disappointed

I ordered veg paneer rice but they send me chicken and paneer rice on this mistake i called the Restaurant but the person on phone was very rude to me and talked to me very badly, public be careful with this restaurant

Quality doesn’t worth comparing to price.All Biriyani taste are same eg.Egg,chicken or mutton.Rice is less but masala is more and that is also seems not good taste.Will not order anything with Heros.Wastage of Money..

Had ordered Mushroom Chilli, and found a Piece of chicken inside it. Had to throw away the food. Very Careless. Not recommended for vegetarians
