I visited the New Kayani Resturant in fort and ordered :- • Chicken Cheese Sandwich 3.5/5 It was a good 1½-2 inches sandwich with Cheese and chicken fillings stuffed handsomely. Will taste delicious with or without the ketch up. • Chocolate Shake 4/5 Thick, Chilled and amazing is how I would like to describe this shake. Being the perfect combination for a beverage. Situated in the Fort area of Mumbai, Kayani is among the few remaining Irani cafes in Mumbai which automatically takes you back to the old days of Bombay with its vintage style decor and ambiance. Also try the famous Bun Maska and chicken kheema along with? You guessed it right, chai! Ambiance 4/5 Food 4/5 Hospitality 4/5 Over-all Experience 4/5

This is a small time restaurant situated at fort. It does not even have air conditioning, But some of the dishes are just amazing. You should try the Tandoori Chicken out here. The reason I have given 4 stars is for one dish which is tawa chicken, the taste is amazing. the quantity is good and it is too cheap on the pocket. If you want muslim style food, and at low cost you must surely visit here.

This place is always satisfying. Their chicken munchow soup is so filling and full of chicken. Their tandoori items are also well cooked along with indian salad that is complimentary. Their biryani is worth trying too

Small food place to visit any time for lunch or dinner. It is reasonable like anything 😄 still serves good portion size as compared to the pricing sooooo pocket friendly. paneer Handi was served like Handi portion with soft paneer cooked in onion tomato red spciy gravy and it was upto the mark. Further we ordered biryani wch was assembled combination of steam rice + some tandoori chicken tikka + gravy wch was expected but still ok to have in so cheap rate. Visit when you are in fort Mumbai.

So having been living in South Bombay for over 10 years and not visiting this place was a big shame for me. So me and my friend decided to hop in for breakfast. It was bustling and we had to waut behind seats to grab a place to eat breakfast. The ambience is so vintage and takes you to the real laid back SoBo vibe. The food was simple and humble portions was served.

Recently i ordered aloo parathas from this place and had very bad experience. Parathas was totally dry. No smearing of even little bit oil or butter. Worst, no green chatni or raita. Tried eating one, threw rest away as it was too dry and tasteless. Felt really bad as my lunch was ruined and also because i had to throw away food which i am totally against. I dont why restaurants spoil their image by not extending even basic courtesy. A customer cannot separately order chatni or raita. Its a given thing. Its like ordering sambhar after ordering idli. The way you cant serve idli without coconut chatni and sambhar, you cant serve totally dry aloo paratha that too without green chatni n raita. If pricing is an issue, you adjust accordingly but dont spoil your restaurants name by cutting corners on such things.

An old Parsi restaurant, which is always crowded especially during morning for breakfast.  The staff is lazy.  The tables were not cleaned and we had to wait for 20 mins for someone to come and clean and take the order.  The tea is not that great.  Bun Maska didn't meet expectation although the paneer bhurji was good.

The food is just horrible. I tried bun maska, Irani chai and chicken omlette and to my surprise everything was equally horrible. Top of all they don't accept cards, just wow.

The Quality of the food is bad here and is dipped in too much oil. You will first have to separate the whole 2-3 layers of oil from the food. Not a good experience!
