I had visited this restaurant yesterday to have snacks, the place is located near to air India colony in kalina, I had ordered pani Puri and shev Puri as I like Thier taste . There are many other options available for snacks and main course. Ambience is also good .

It is the most famous restaurant in kalina. They cook chinese as well as indian food. It has a good ambience. It starts from morning 10am and close at approx 12 pm. New lucky is near air india colony. Even the staff member of that hotel are very polite and serve their best. It is one of the oldest restaurant in kalina. If u wanna have a good meal u can come here and enjoy the food.

One the affordable restaurant near kalina or air india The price here is quit affordable that u can visit here anytime and have anything within your money The quality of the food is very good In this small restaurant you will get a varity of dishesh The service is good The price is good Food quality is good And its a family restaurant so you can easily visit with you family Chickn 65 is vey good u can try it Butter chickn ia at best with some nan roti aur lacha paratha Havnt tried dessrt yet bt u can try ice cream or something This restaurant is the best to visit anytime in santacruz as the price is not so high which evry one wants it

🚨 WARNING – Disgusting & Unsafe Food 🚨 We ordered Butter Chicken and Chicken Tikka Masala from New Lucky Restaurant, Kalina, Santacruz East. To our absolute horror, the Butter Chicken gravy had a huge cockroach in it – not a small one, but a massive cockroach completely drenched in the curry. When we complained, instead of taking the matter seriously, their casual response was: “We’ll replace it and send you another one.” Like seriously? After finding a cockroach in our food, do they really expect us to eat from there again? This shows their complete negligence and lack of hygiene. They did refund the amount after arguing. This is not just bad service, it’s a serious health hazard. I would never, ever recommend anyone to eat here. If they think a cockroach in food can simply be “replaced,” it clearly shows how careless they are with customers’ safety. ⚠️ For your health and well-being, please avoid this restaurant at all costs.

Omg!! This place is horrible... A fat dark ugly man takes ur order and serves the food with dirty sweating hands.... Disgusting service. Looking at it i had cancelled my order and left the place. This place stinks like a slaughter house.. Its a slaughter house not a restaurant.

Just bad , that was not even a acceptable quality of biriyani.. dry , no masala, 3 pcs of mutton which almost has no meat on them... Price should be below rs 100 for this type of quality.. and Zomato should try to maintain quality, otherwise there is no future for Zomato share

I went a year ago to try Mughlai, even though their food is not that bad but the service and waiter, the worst I have seen so far. I went again hoping that something might have improved, completely unpolite and rude behavior.
